I was really excited to them out. I love fish and chips and want to know the best in the city (this summer it's Granville island brewery). I ordered 3 PC fish and chips, and poutine. Fish: very good Size: first piece was very large and consistent with other pieces people received. The 2nd and 3rd prices were half that size. Still tasty though. The poutine gravy melted the cheese curds and it was a (in a great way) hot mess. But if I want fish and chips again I'll go to GI Brewery bc I'll get to sit at a table is better value. I'd come back for the poutine.

This bright and colourful food truck brings plenty of smiles to our hospital whenever they drop by once a week to serve their incredible crisp yet moist fish and chips! The young guy behind the counter is super nice and always serves you with a smile. Oh and their coleslaw and very tasty tarter sauce with capers is perfect side dish. I have yet to try the other items because I always go with what’s tried and true. But eventually I’ll break down and try their fishwich…. maybe buy both? lol

Surprised there wasn't a long line up when I went. Definitely hit this place up if you want to try the best fish and chips you've had!

Had a chance to try their fish and chips and it's worth it! The best batter and perfectly fried to perfection. Most places underfry and the batter is too thick and soggy. At the Braid Station Food Truck Fair May 22,2022. The BEST I have ever had! Got the fish sandwich. A delight! Freshest fish and the batter is so light and crispy. Crispy best fries ever! Capers in the tartar sauce is fantastic. Owner is wonderful and I think it was his son cooking, both so very nice! They gave me two deep fried prawns as they did not have pickles for the sandwich. How nice was that!?! The prawns were amazing! I would visit this truck every day if I could. Do yourself a favour and find out where they are and hussle on down to be floored by their...

I hired Mama's food truck to cater a milestone birthday party. The guests (including me) were WOWED by the friendly service of Nader and his team but also by the incredible food they served. We had fish+chips and salmon burgers on the party menu, and both of them got rave reviews from the guests. The fish+chips was probably the best I've ever had! Nader was a dream to work with in the lead up to the event - super accommodating, very professional, and he delivered everything he promised.
