THE MENS WASHROOM IS A DISGRACE.
IT'S AS IF THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE, DON'T KNOW HOW TO KEEP A WASHROOM TIDY.
MOST RESTAURANTS POST A CHECK POINT ON THE WALL OUTSIDE THE WASHROOM, WITH THE DATE AND TIME, AND EMPLOYEES NAME, OR INITIALS, CONFIRMING THAT THE WASHROOM WAS JUST CLEANED, OR CHECKED, AND CONFIRMING THAT IT'S STILL CLEAN.
THIS RESTAURANT DOES NOT.
THE HAND DRYER DOESN'T WORK.
THERE ARE NO PAPER TOWELS.
THE TOILET WAS DISGUSTING.
THE VANITY COUNTER WAS COVERED IN WATER, AND HAD DILUTED BROWN LIQUID SPREAD OUT OVER HALF OF IT. WJAT IS THAT?? DILUTED COFFEE?? OR WORSE!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮
IF THIS IS HOW CLEAN THEY KEEP THE WASHROOM, WHICH IS A PUBLIC AREA, FOR EVERYONE TO USE, I QUESTION THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ENTIRE KITCHEN AREA, WHICH IS OFF LIMITS TO THE PUBLIC, AND THEIR RESTAURANT PATRONS, AND IS AN EMPLOYEE AREA ONLY.
YOU SEE A LOT OF MOM & POP RESTAURANTS GET SHUT DOWN BY THE CITY'S HEALTH INSPECTOR, BUT NEVER A RESTAURANT THAT'S A PART OF A BIG RESTAURANT CHAIN LIKE MCD'S.
I WONDER WHAT SORT OF DEAL MCD'S HAS, WITH THE CITY, THAT ALLOWS THEM TO KEEP THEIR DOORS OPEN, 24/7/363.
THE CITY OF VANCOUVER NEEDS TO TAKE A MUCH CLOSER LOOK, AT NOT JUST THIS MCD'S, BUT ALL MCD'S WITH VANCOUVER.
WHERE THERE ARE MULTIPLE RAT TRAPS, THIS MEANS THAT THERE ARE RATS NEARBY.
WHERE THERE ARE RATS, THIS MEANS THAT THERE IS FILTH, AND UNCLEANLINESS, GARBAGE, AND FOOD LEFT AROUND, ATTRACTING THE RATS TO THAT AREA.
BEFORE YOU EAT SOMEWHERE, AND I MEAN ANYWHERE, CHECK THEIR WASHROOMS FIRST, BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN AT A TABLE, AND BEGIN ORDERING FOOD.
I WAS SO DISGUSTED, THAT I WISH MY HAND HADN'T BEEN WET AFTER WASHING THEM, I WOULD'VE TAKE PHOTOS OF THIS DISGRACE, AND POSTED IT ON HERE. I'LL HAVE TO TRY TO GO BACK THERR, AND TAKE SOME PHOTOS, NEXT TOME THAT I'M IN THE AREA.
I WAS GOING TO ORDER A MEAL, TO SIT DOWN AND EAT IN, BUT AFTER SEEING THE WASHROOM, I NEEDED TO LEAVE, AND DRIVE AROUND FOR A BIT, TO GET THOSE IMAGES OUT OF MY HEAD.
THIS USED TO BE A GREAT RESTAURANT MANY UEARS AGO.
BUT THE ATTITUDE THERE NOW, IS ONE OF HURRY, HURRY, HURRY, RUSH, RUSH, RUSH, GET THE FOOD DONE, GET IT TO THE CUSTOMER, WHO CARES IF THE ORDER IS DONE RIGHT, JUST GET IT OUT, AS DRIVE THRU ORDERS ARE TIMED, AND THEY HAVE A TIME LIMIT, WHICH EFFECTS THEIR PERFORMANCE VALUES, IN THEIR WEEKLY, MONTHLY, AND QUARTERLY REVIEWS.
LOOKS LIKE I'LL HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER FAST FOOD CHAIN, TO GET MY FIXING OF BURGERS 🍔, FRIES 🍟, AND A MILKSHAKE,...
Read moreThis is the worst customer service I have ever received at any businesses in my life! Wish i could give Negative Stars for Service. I placed an order for a Hot Honey McCrispy Meal and a Double Cheeseburger. After ordering at the drive-thru, I waited 10 minutes at the window, only to be told that the fries weren’t ready and that I should wait another 2 minutes in parking spot #2.
After an extended wait, a staff member named Amit brought me the wrong order intended for another customer. When I returned to the store to have it corrected, Amit refused to take responsibility, stating that he didn’t take my order and that it was my fault for accepting it without checking the contents.
(At this point, I’d like to ask: Is it McDonald’s policy to expect customers at the drive-thru to open up every box and inspect their meal before driving off?)
Not only was his response unhelpful, but it created an unnecessary scene in front of other customers, adding to my frustration and wasting more of my time.
I was then asked to wait again for a fresh order, alongside another customer who had also received an incorrect meal. That customer received another wrong order after 10 minutes, and I continued to wait for another 15 minutes. When my order finally arrived, I discovered — once again — that it was incorrect. Instead of the Double Cheeseburger I ordered and was charged for, I received a Single Cheeseburger.
By that point, I was too frustrated to return to the store for the third time, especially given the unprofessional behavior I had already experienced from the staff. To summarize, my experience involved: • A total wait time of over 35 minutes • Multiple incorrect orders • A staff member (Amit) who blamed me instead of taking responsibility • Receiving a Single Cheeseburger despite being charged for a Double • A lack of effective resolution or support and receiving wrong orders even at the very end front of manager on duty, Kritika.
This experience fell far below the standard I expect from McDonald’s. As a regular customer, I should not be responsible for internal mistakes, nor should I be spoken to in a dismissive or accusatory...
Read moreMc Donald’s is supposed to be a place where family and friends get together to enjoy a happy and delicious meal. What happened to Mc Donald now a day when every time I visit particularly this branch, I would walked away frustrated and disappointed whether the foods is mishandled, missing items or utensils and unpleasant customer service.
I simply ordered a cheese burger happy meal with No onions and no pickles with apple juice and fish filet with poutine instead of regular fries. I asked for ice tea but they are out so, I got coke instead. I looked at orders in the screens and she punched in coke for both meals. Then the guy repeated my order and said hamburger instead of cheeseburger when I was about to pay.
I picked up my foods, inside was regular fries instead of poutine. I asked to change it so, I was passing the bag to the lady in the window with my left hand because I have the coke on my right hand and she didn’t want to take it but she want it me to grab the apple juice from her hand. This is common sense.
They replaced the fries to poutine so quickly like almost instantly and handed me the bag. I checked the bag again and there was no straws for apple juice and coke. My daughter opened the poutine and there was almost no poutine in the box. It’s half way of the small box. My daughter only took 2 bites of it. I wished I could’ve taken a pictures first.
I spent 5 years at Mc Donald’s in early 2000, 4 years as part of Management Team. It wasn’t like this. Mc D was number one fast foods chain in the world before but now, it’s the worse.
To the Management team. Please work on customer service skills. Time management and paying attention to details of your staff. Get rid of those who would come to work but not in their right senses of mind. Perhaps, it’s the management who needs to be terminated and replaced if the...
