Yummyslice Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

Why do they now put bacon on BBQ Chicken Pizza? They should bacon on pepperoni pizza or another pork pizza. This really limits choices for us who don’t eat pork or beef. They didn’t seem to care or say sorry. I use to go there everyday. But and lived their bbq children pizza. I’m never going back. 🧐

So I went back because they responded by saying we take reviews seriously and they will have bbq chicken pizza without bacon. But the bbq chicken pizza still had bacon. They said they can make one without bacon in 10 minutes. They said bbq chicken pizza without bacon doesn’t sell. But they had Yummy chicken pizza without bacon. Apprently that sells. So I had that. But it wasn’t yummy. They use to have bbq chicken pizza with and without bacon before they become Yummy Pizza. They also had butter chicken pizza before. But now they just have bbq chicken pizza with bacon and the so called yummy chicken pizza. Definitely...

I recently placed an order for their Shahi Paneer Pizza during a promotion that clearly said Buy One Get One Free. However, I only received one pizza. When I called to resolve the issue, the customer service was extremely disappointing.

The lady who answered the phone was very rude, unapologetic, and dismissive. Instead of helping me, she said, “It’s not my fault,” and added that “you’re not the only one complaining — there are other people too.” That kind of response just shows a total lack of responsibility and care for customers.

Despite acknowledging that others had the same issue, she refused to fix the problem and kept arguing instead. It’s frustrating to experience such poor service — especially when the issue was clearly on their end.

Definitely not ordering again. Yummy Slice needs to seriously improve their customer service and make sure they honor...

Every time I order a custom pizza I never get all the ingredients I asked for. I always specify that I want butter chicken sauce and tandoori chicken but when the pizza arrives I either get butter chicken sauce and regular chicken or no butter chicken sauce and tandoori chicken. The first time this happened I was willing to overlook it as mistakes do happen. The second time I was disappointed that it happened, again. I thought there's no way this could happen a third time, right? It did.
