Absolutely avoid if you are with children, strollers, wheelchairs, elderly, anyone who is inconvenient to 20 years olds who are more busy on their phones than with customers. The girls who work there said that children must sit still and can’t walk because they carry things and might not see them. Basically admitting they are careless, useless, unprofessional and infantile so they can’t work there if they can’t even carry a plate with their eyes open while toddler didn’t bump into anyone, didn’t knock anything down, didn’t touch anything and was just walking between the tables smiling to visitors. The speed of service is pretty slow if there are more than 3 people in line. Forever hopeful, I’ll stick with them; I prefer to see a local, independent company in this space. Unless they have crazy overhead costs, I’m struggling to find good value...
