This is the best toy store in Vancouver .Their customer service is second to none. Seriously. The other giant toy store is not quite it. Extremely overpriced for some items. I like this store but some prices are at the point of price gouging. Hotwheels cars are marked up 2X MSRP at $4.99 when you can get the exact same cars at super markets and drugstores for $2.29. Covid protocols , they limit # of people coming in. There's also divider at the cashier which is pretty standard these days.
