Update . I love the response with zero accountability. I've came in and picked up that exact special 3 times since last October. I always come in and order.Your staff absolutely did not suggest anywhere else to order also why would i go somewhere else when i sent you money that could not be stopped . I told him the etransfer could not be stopped and my bank couldn't do anything it was just taking a bit $90 is alot of money . He told me he didnt care call my bank . Also i called 1 other time to ask if i could have someone come pay cash after he hung up on me and they could just send the money back once it came . He told me to get lost and he didnt care about my etransfer and if anyone came in mentioned my name hed call the poilce . U dont treat someone like that that just paid 90$ for your service .All i wanted was to give some guys pizza in a treatment center that where changing there lives its crazy how you acted i didnt even get any of the pizza its absolutely nuts. I could of canceled it cause of the way i was treated by you when u received the etransfer and called me but i only wanted the pizza they where all waiting hungry. You called to say it came through 10 min after telling me if I called or came by you would call the police wth . It literally took 27 min from time sent to the etransfer being accepted and I even text the guy to say here is a screenshot of confirmation its been sent it could take a bit some times . I was even ok with once it went through then cooking it and delivered but again your staff was nothing but rude . Like i said all people using this pizza place think twice expecualy when they take zero accountability when wrong look at there reply and another will come from them lol.. Think twice before planning a big pizza dinner with this place. The way they treat customers is absolutely horrible. Today i tried to place an order and was met with nothing but disrespect. The guy on the phone was very rude. He emailed me a link to pay with cc and it did not work because I put a o instead of a 0 in my postal code most places let you try again but after 1 time it wouldn't work. I then sent him a etransfer but was told if he does not receive it in 20 min he would cancel my order I told him it might take longer then 20 min as my bank can take a while but I did send him a screenshot that it went through on my end. He called me after 20 min and told me he didnt care and was canceling my order I told him its already been sent it will not let me cancel because of his auto deposit. He told me he did not care and to talk to my bank to get the money back. But my bank couldn't do anything once its been sent. I then said someone would come pay cash it was 5 pizzas for a mens support recovery home in the neibourhood and he could just etransfer me when it came though. He told me he didnt care and if I called or came in he would call the police on me witch is absolutely insane and no way to treat people in your community. The guys at the house where expecting the pizza they didnt cook dinner because I told them I would order it. That's why I was willing to have my friend who lives down the road come pay but he didnt care and was nothing but rude . To pizza factory do better you operate in our community if you treat people like u do you will not last . Worst part is when the etransfer went through exactly 27 min after I sent it there"head office" called me to say it came through and do i want a refund all I wanted was the pizza . My friend was there now and picking up the pizza and they said they would etransfer me 22.81 for the tip and delivery I paid and I still have not been sent it . Imagine that . This place is not worth it . I've ordered many times from this place even with new management alot of the people in my work and friends do to but its just not worth it to pay that kind of money to be treated like they did . I called in an order for two large pizzas (Pepperoni with olives and a Meat Lovers), and one Gluten-Free Chicken Ranch pizza with no cheese. When I went to pick up the order the staff were concerned that one of the toppings I requested on the GF had dairy, which I appreciated. They were also concerned that with the GF crust and no cheese that the pizza would not turn out ok. I received my order with the GF pizza, one medium and one large pizza. When I pointed out the size error, I not only was given the correct size (which then gave me an extra free medium pizza), I was given a 10% off my entire order and a free soda. Nick, the owner was SO very apologetic for the error and went WAY above and beyond.
