Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Vancouver

this location is getting worst, still not back to normal as there still no dine in available 😢 only for takeout. when I pick up food not ready when specified and the staff is like triple multi tasking. for delivery over an hour after 7pm when not busy time but I think as I had to wait extra fifteen minutes for pick up it might be the kitchen issue. could be as they busy might be short on staff then give your customers the correct time or inform and call like your other competitor down the street and has dine in, maybe throw in a can of pop

pizza cost here definitely has gone up but quality had gone down alot in the past year. crust was hard as rock on my last order and the dough on the bottom was soggy from the extensive amount of sauce which i believe was to compensate for the lack of toppings. my last order was regular price then 5$ special i can honestly say there was less than a dozen pieces of pineapple, and the pepperoni mushroom bacon crumble pizza you left out the bacon crumble but still charged for the extra topping. when I called the gentleman on the phone said manager is busy will ask to phone back, never did. the chicken wings i already stopped ordering because they have been extensively dry and they are smaller than a play toy spoon.

not sure if I will order from here again. even with the 5$ specials the price is still about the same if I ordered elsewhere and they provide more pride in the food getting it correct and tasty.

I have been eating from Pizza Hut ever since I was a kid. It was the only place my family would order pizza from. Over the years, we've obviously tried other places, but they were nowhere near as good. That's why I have kept up the tradition of having Pizza Hut on speed dial whenever I get a craving.

They are famed for their Pan Crust, and I can guarantee you there is literally no other place that can make a crust like this that's soft, chewy, and crunchy all at the same time. I think I've tried all their pizzas, but their Hawaiian is hands down my ultimate favorite.

No pizza place can survive just on pizza alone, no matter how good it is. Luckily, Pizza Hut has lots of other yummy items on their menu which includes their Creamy Chicken Alfredo {yes, it is very creamy}, Chicken Wings {Honey Garlic is the best out of the bunch}, and Breadsticks with Cheese {can't have these without Marinara Sauce}.

No meal would be complete without dessert, so they do offer a few selections. Among them, Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream, a Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie, and my personal favorite: Cinnabon Mini Rolls.

One thing about ordering online is that you can literally track your order through all the stages: Confirming your order, order is in the oven, order is being packed, and of course, order is out for delivery. Pretty standard. But where Pizza Hut differs from other places is that they have animations to show all these stages, and they're just so damn adorable!

DONATION SCAM !!!!! On the 11 of May, went with a friend to have pizza there. I ordered pizza, wings, diet pepsi and ice tea. The service was below the average but I did not want to bother. The waitress brought the pizza and that was it. She did not come back as customary, to ask if we needed anything and how was pizza. No attention at all. After waiting forever we decided to call someone to come pack the rest of the pizza. I got the bill and noticed a DONATION OF $6. I mentioned that to the waitress and she said that that was the charge for the drinks. I noticed that indeed there was no charge for the drinks we had. I went to my car but still I felt something was wrong. Diet pepsi and iced tea can not cost $6. I called another Pizza Hut and I was told that the price is $1.75 each. I went back and I told the employee there, that I don't like that on my receipt appears donation and I asked him the price of the drinks. He started asking stupid unrelated questions at which point, I confronted him with a direct question - why is written donation. He just grabbed $6 from the cash register and sent me on my way. I could not believe it. He even did not apologized or whatever. I left $7.2 tip to get scammed,what a disgusting experience. Bunch of scammers. HOPE PEOPLE CHECK THEIR BILLS AT...
