Authentic Italian artisanal pizza's, pasta, and handmade in-house gelato located inside Granville Island's Public Market (since 1995). Super friendly staff, and generous portions of food and gelato. BEWARE of aggressive seagulls that will steal your food if you're eating outside on the benches. No dine-in currently inside the public market due to COVID-19 restrictions. Takeout and delivery available. My order: Spaghetti & Meatballs: Generous portion of pasta in a classic tomato sauce. Pasta texture is nice and firm, so it is still great as leftovers (I just microwave it). Their handmade meatballs are also delicious, I just wish there were a few more. Topped with some cheese and fresh basil. Creamy Tomato Penne: I like the mix of creaminess and tomato sauce, although I'd say it is 60% tomato and 40% creamy sauce. If you prefer a much creamier dish overall, I'd suggest ordering their creamy pesto penne pasta perhaps. Same generous portions as the above pasta with an al dente texture, topped with fresh basil as well. Margherita Pizza w/ Caesar Salad: Thick-cut slices of fresh tomatoes with mozzarella + parmesan cheese + fresh basil. Crust is medium thickness, and they give pretty large slices. I had mines with a side of romaine lettuce caesar salad (it's quite saucy) and is loaded with parmesan cheese + croutons. I think a full order of caesar salad comes with bread usually. Pepperoni Pizza: Classic slice of good old fashioned pepperoni pizza. Large slice, lots of pepperoni's and cheese. Pistachio Gelato: Chunks of real roasted pistachio's mixed in, for a creamy and flavourful gelato. Unicorn Gelato: Cotton-candy flavoured, and the unicorn is edible as well. It's a sweet treat for people with a sweet tooth. Affogato: my favourite gelato-based dessert - smooth and bold black coffee with a generous scoop of their gelato. Use the lady finger to dip and soak up the gelato/coffee mixture. Gelato is also available for take-out pints, so you can enjoy in the comforts of your own home.

Saw the rave reviews and had to give this place a try. Ordered off Uber for pickup and it was a breeze. Pickup time was on schedule. All the employees were very friendly and efficient. Ordered 2 large pepperoni and mushroom pizza, 2 spaghetti and meatballs and 2 penne tomatoe pasta and gelato to go. Portions were HUGE and everything was steaming hot even after a 15 mins drive back home. The cheese on the pizza was perfect and they don't skimp on the pepperoni either. The pasta was also very flavorful. 8 people could only finish half. Will be yummy leftover food. I added this on the list to bring my friends I'm too full to try the gelato now, but I'm sure it's gonna be just as good as the rest. Thanks 👍 I will definitely support you guys whenever I go back to Granville Island.

Granville Island Public Market has so many great places to eat. If you're in the mood for a delicious slice of pizza, you have to stop by Pizza Pzazz. They sell pizza by the slice but you can order whole pies too. They also have spaghetti & other choices. Their pizza is not Chicago style deep dish but it's thicker than your typical New York slice. The crust is doughy; ingredients are fresh; size of a slice is generous and the price is reasonable. They also sell gelato around the corner, which is easily missed because of the busy pizza line. Friendly & fast service. Support your local restaurants & small businesses good 👍

I'm writing this review some 6 months after going to this restaurant because I have not stopped talking about the pizza I ate there. It is, without a doubt, the best pizza I've ever had. We drove up to Vancouver for a weekend trip and wanted something simple for lunch, and we tried the pizza. My partner and I, both two bites in, turned to each other and said, nearly in unison, "is this the best pizza of all time?" I don't know if it's the sauce or what, but it's soooo good! We literally just took a trip to Italy and talked about how none of the pizza we ate there even came close to this. I go out of my way to tell people about this place. They are annoyed and don't get it. If I go back to Vancouver, I am making this a stop. Pizza Pizzazz CEO, if you see this: please open a location in...

I’m from Edmonton. My grandparents have had a second home in Vancouver since I was little, and they’d often bring me and my cousins to visit since I was old enough to spend a week with them.

Pizza Pzazz is a tradition for me. I’ve been visiting since I was probably about 8 years old (I’m 30 now, and my grandad is 98!)! The quality has stayed the same and it’s like eating nostalgia. The service is always quick, even when there’s a line. The pizza slices are huge and tasty and the gelato has some fun and unique flavours.

Be warned though: protect your pizza with your life! If you eat it outside, the seagulls will steal it straight out of your mouth! Guess the pizza really is that good!

Thanks for being a staple experience in my life! Can’t wait to see you guys again next...
