Stages Bistro & Lounge — Restaurant in Vancouver

The place is attached to the holiday Inn where we were staying. It has reasonable prices for decent portions. And I adored the breakfast buffet. The staff were my favorite though. They were very understanding of my family's dietary requirements and always pleasant to interact with. They made the atmosphere comforting. Hope air got us meal vouchers to help with our stay at the hotel, and the staff at the restaurant let us know how they worked bette and treated us with a lot of understanding and kindness. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because at the breakfast buffet 2/3 times we were there put the French toast (which I enjoyed so much I made my stomach suffer) was stored in the same warming basin (different container) as a meal option that had pork in it. The staff brought us our own fresh portion of french toast no problem though 🙏 Common things I see in a lot of restaurants still hold true here, the water was tap and the kids options were limited for nutritional diversity. If these things are not an issue for you then tuck in for the five star treatment. Our family enjoyed it every day...

The breakfast buffet at Stages Bistro and Lounge was awesome! There were so many fresh, healthy options – from fruit and yogurt to warm dishes that were both tasty and filling. As a parent, I loved how toddler-friendly it was – our 3-year-old had no problem finding things he liked. Plus, there’s plenty of space for strollers and high chairs, which made it really easy for us. The staff were super friendly and even made sure there were safe options for my son’s food allergies.
