If I could give 0*, I would!!! I had my old Stbrcks card w/10-dollar credit. I wanted to pay additional $15, so the total of the new gift card would be $25. It took a good 5 min of one employee to do this simple transaction. The other staff was asked to help. Again, so many transactions happened (adding, cancelling payments, and so on) even though I came in with a simple request to move the amount from card #1 to card #2 and then charge me extra $15 on my credit card. At the end, I received a new gift card, and a couple of receipts. I spent at least 20 min just dealing with incompetent staff and I was already late for appt. so I didn't check the bills. Now, at home finally checking the card value and guess what? The new card has a value of 25 but wait .....My visa card was charged $25, instead of 15.
