Thai Box On Truck — Restaurant in Vancouver

I found this little gem just off of Cabie st. I ordered the Pad Thai. I customized my order to level 5 hot, with chicken, prawns and pork. Well, when it was handed to me, the details were in the making. The food was plated very professionally. From there on at the first bit, the Pad Thai hit the right spot. The depth of flavor, the texture, and the variety of spices was spot on for me. Each bite with a different meat was delicious. All 3 of the meats were soft and flavorful.. its nove very often I find a food truck that is doing it right. . I give Props to the crew 👏. The chefs setting the flavor and the details put into the presentation. Top notch. And many thanks for the great experience..

Ordered the Pad Keemao and thai iced tea on a Tuesday around 12:10pm. Waited over 50 mins for my food and drink. The person after me ordered the exact same thing and got her food first. They have no queuing system and does not know who the order belongs to. Highly don't recommend if you're on a one hour lunch break. The pad keemao was very salty and saucy. The thai iced tea had a bitter taste. Definitely won't be back or recommend...

I work at Hebb and Broadway where the truck is often parked. OMG, their cashew chicken is probably the best dishes I have ever bought. Amazing taste, ingredients and the portion size is fantastic! I often can't finish in one sitting. Not super cheap but great value for what you get. Friendly staff/owners too and not long to wait if lineup is short. HIGHLY RECOMMENED if you see them and...
