Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

Had a chance to watch how they interact with customers while I waited for my order. Pauline and her staff provide good customer service. The restaurant is modern , clean and has a comfortable dining area . They took a bad experience and turn it into a good experience. Thx

What time do you close? 11! So walked in there at 1045 and the shelves were cleaned and wiped down. We asked if we can still get something ( it’s 1045 ) and she very rudely said closed . We said it’s only 1045 and she said just closed rudely. The way the store looked ( cleaned and ready she looked ready to leave kind of closed) it wouldn’t have mattered if we walked in at 1030. So mr management…is this standard practice to close the store yet even though the store isn’t officially closed? Do you know your staff does this or do you tell them it is ok? Do you allow know this staff has very poor customer service and communication skills? We did not come in after closing and did it not deserve to be talked to like this . Won’t ever come in here again !!!!!!!!!!!!! Filipino lady has very bad attitude and another staff just standing jacket on, backpack on and playing...

Walked in today for the first time and was ignored by staff. There wasn’t anybody except for 1 lady who was finishing up and about to leave. I took it as staff was just tidying up. But she went behind the counter and ignored me for a few minutes. When i finally had her attention I pointed and asked what kind of pizza was in the stand she said beef and just looked at me. I asked again what the sauce was or what it was called, just said beef with white sauce. So I ordered 2 slices and when she asked what type of drink I wanted I looked around to their fridge and she just slammed a fountain cup in front of me. After, she shoved my order on the counter and turned around, I had to ask several times for a cover, bag or another plate just to have it to go (it was raining). She just rolled her eyes at me and threw the bag on the counter. She was very rude. I truly enjoyed the pizza itself, it tasted good and crust was soft and crunchy at the same time. But I will seriously consider not coming back because of service, it was as if she went out of her way to be rude. I usually don’t take time out of my day to write a review, but this...

My review is based on customer service. I asked to use the bathroom, and an employee named LADY(which should be changed to rude and judgemental with an ego) said that bathrooms are for customers only... That's fine.. I get it. I work with customers too. I come here every now and then on my way home from work, and these workers know me. (Not LADY) I planned to buy a full pizza ( mixed slices) after using the bathroom which was explained to Lady. I didn't want to bring the pizza in the bathroom and told her that. LADY argued with me. When I took the keys, Lady was staring down at me, and as I was walking away, she gave me a nasty eye roll while the manager was standing right next to her. Yeah, I pass. A manager who allows that behavior, especially after bringing 'ego girl' to her attention, takes her side and makes excuses..huh... I will never be back here again. So unprofessional.
