I just wanna start off by saying: they should post their prices ONLINE. I tried. To find out the approximate prices of the pizza. Before going. Because locally closer to me. It’s around $22-28 for a XL pizza and it’s always low on toppings semi cold from being on display too long etc. But. A colleague loves this place and told me “it’s right inside the skytrain station” well that is sorta close. It’s outside the station. At first I couldn’t find this place. The only place I saw was fresh slice. And I almost gave up. But I pulled out my phone again to check out the map. I wanna say that “I would NOT of settled for Fresh Slice even if I wasn’t able to find this amazing place” So. About the NEW pizza place SUPER GREAT PIZZA….. the line was long, almost out the door (7 people) but they were fast, I was in and out of there in just 3 mins with the pizza (I opted for ready to go by the slice but I did get a full box for $22 deal) They don’t charge for sauce drizzled on the pizza (I half expected they would) and they were super fast which in my opinion is a huge plus I opted for one of everything they serve except for Hawaiian because I hate pineapple on pizza 😂 So I ended up doubling on pepperoni slices THEY ACCEPT AMEX/VISA/MASTERCARD/DEBIT which is “””””amazing”””” as I get 5 points per dollar on my American Express 😍 SINCE THEY DON’T SEEM TO HAVE THEIR PRICES POSTED ANYWHERE ONLINE…. I have included it in my review. They really should. They would outdo fresh slice any day just simply because toppings to price it’s a GOOD DEAL! They would get more business in my opinion if word got out more about their quality and their low price. “I was expecting $26-30 for this pizza based on seeing the amount of toppings and sauce and size of my colleague’s pizza”

What the hell happened to this place and the prices and the portion sizes and the cleanliness of this place and the customer service 3.50 for a super small super skinny slice you can eat in 3 bites with barely any sauce or cheese now and 35 dollars for 10 slices and 2 dollars for a pop can and 6.50 for a 2L of pop thats a straight joke 6.50 plus tax almost 7 dollars for a 2L of pop plus that 35 dollars is for 10 slices thats 10 slices from the warmer window not even a fresh made pizza plus they got no walk in or pick up deals and do the people that work there know how to clean or not give a shit cause this place is dirty and grimy as hell I went in today and it will be my last time ever I paid 10.50 for 3 slices of pizza that where super small super skinny dry and hard with barely any cheese barley any sauce and taste like cardboard plus the crust was like a brick plus the guy serving the pizza just threw the plate with my slices on it on the counter dident say a word and walked off oh and dont get me started on there bottles of ranch it smelt sour and off and there bottle of ketchup I used was rank so old you can go to fresh slice get a medium pizza with unlimited toppings for 12 dollars 12.60 after tax or a xl pizza with unlimited toppings for 22 23.10 after tax a fresh made pizza not warmer slices and you aint gonna pay 6.50 almost 7 dollars for a 2L of pop even little ceasars has better pizza then this place now what the hell happened because this was my go to spot for years and the pizza was so good now this place sucks and the pizza is god awful and the prices are a joke so overpriced and the place is a dump super great pizza there is nothing super great about this place anymore
Hello HelloHello Hello
I’m glad I tasted the pizza when it was actually good. Check the photos; four years ago this joint had a legendary name for itself. Looks like the name Joyce Pizza has lost its fame and name and is tasting more like “Not So Great” Pizza instead of “Super Great” as the name suggests. Legacies don’t always last and the original chef with Tattoos on his sleeves retired. With his retirement comes an age of two employees who don’t like working there and their work ethic reflects on the pizza and atmosphere: saggy and downgraded with an impatient attitude with little to no enthusiasm for conversing. The increase in price due to inflation is understandable, however, is a poor decision in hindsight to the quality of the food which has severely become negative as compared to what was served four years ago.

The old guy with the moustache has 0 reason to be rude to someone asking questions. The pizza is okay, but in what world can you be rude to a customer asking questions related to your job?

Edit* After The Owners Response

  1. Three guys were working there. He was the older one, with a moustache. It's not rude to explain someones apparent features. He wasn't wearing a name tag either so how else would you like me to describe him? "Grumpy" from Snow White? You treat others how you wanted to be treated. Treat me with disrespect, you're going to get treated the same way.
  2. There was zero factors into why he was so rude right before I said anything. I walked up and said hello with no response. He was at the cash till, and seemed bothered I walked up to order. I asked what chicken pizzas he had and he pointed with the tongs at one shelf with multiple pizzas. When I asked what pizzas they are he just snaps and say's "Well you said chicken these are chicken!" Not excusable behaviour from a grown person at work.
  3. I leave honest detailed reviews for other customers and owners. Some are good, some are bad. I am not going to give 5 stars for when a restaurant does it's job as expected. Focus on the review for yours and not others.
  4. Kindness is not at matter here. It's one person doing their job badly, and the other sharing their poor experience with them. In this case it would be "Respect" but he showed little for me. I will not apologize for hurting the feelings of a grown man who was rude to me for no reason.
  5. I have tried your place before and it was standard, never felt the need to place a review as everything usually went okay and it wasn't great nor bad.
  6. I understand bad days may happen. But keep your personal feelings out of business and...
