I had called beforehand and they said my food would be ready in 20 minutes but when I got there after 20 minutes I was told to wait another 5 minutes. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes! This is frustrating because I had called in advance and when I finally got my food I was asked to pay again even though I had already paid. At least the chicken was fresh and really good.

Have been to this location many times and the chicken is always consistently juicy and fresh. I got the half and half; soy garlic and yangnyeom fried chicken with shake fries. The portion of the fries was quite little so I recommend skipping those. But the chicken portion is pretty decent .

Have been to this location many times and the chicken is always consistently juicy and fresh. I got the half and half; soy garlic and yangnyeom fried chicken with shake fries. The portion of the fries was quite little so I recommend skipping those. But the chicken portion is pretty decent .

My second time ordering from here. The chicken is always made fresh, tasty, and the portions are good. This time I tried the Soy Garlic and the Cheese Snow. Both were great - the cheese snow is fluffy and a bit salty but would definitely try it again.

Lovely staff working the Joyce location when we visited Dec 6. I love those who treat my kids like... Kids. Not annoyances. My kids are very polite and I make them order their meals all the time. The cashier was very patient with them. (We didn't hold up any lines, it wasn't like that. We are pros at this lol). She was very polite back and even gave them a lollipop each. So nice! We love chicko chicken. It's our go to for KFC. My kid asks for this once a week and I don't blame him. Of course the chicken is yummy, but the fries are top notch! Only thing I suggest is pumps for ketchup (instead of individual packets) and more...

Tried this place and Korean chicken for the first time. I got the half order of yangnyeom chicken. No line up but it was a 30 minute wait as they were making it fresh and also completing other customers' orders. I ordered bone-in but got boneless, which I didn't mind. I'd suggest checking your receipts right after ordering to make sure they got it right.

The chicken itself was flavourful, juicy, and delicious. The portion size for what you pay for is okay.

Will return to try their other flavours and will definitely order ahead of...

yes yes yes! I’m in the neighborhood and I suggest this place to everyone who stops by. they make everything fresh so it takes a little bit of time, but they warn you ahead of time and recommend calling before! this means that all the food is perfectly cooked and delicious when you pick it up fresh. the fries are super good and the chicken is so juicy! every flavour i’ve had has slapped and I will continue to give rave...
