This is the second review I am leaving, I go here all the time, but it's getting to be to much, as the new lady in the front head ban, indian a little new, does not actively listen to orders, how hard is it to to get 3 regular Chilli one with extra bun all toasted with butter, we work across and this happens so often, I posted on here before when my manager ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with a nail (human nail) in it, I use to work here and the service was never this bad we had better customer service, they speak in their own language as well which is highly not professional In front of customers, is there even any point of writing this? I know the owner and I will love to reconnect with her.
Yesterday I got the chicken Habanero bowl - new indian lady making it about 5'7 ft wearing gloves is fine but touching everything wearing the gloves, going to the back grabbing the lettuce from the fridge (touching the door handle) comes back does not change her gloves, this is serious, you people can get someone SERIOUSLY SICK, how is this ok????? Again when i use to work here 20 years ago, this was not happening at all. Food Safe, means nothing to anyone anymore, until someone ends up in the hospital stay away, the employees doesn't care about the customers well being. I hope someone takes this extremely seriously. Because this is so unacceptable.
Rather then apologizing she told me I should I told you to review the order, but did you not hear what i said I want? 3 chilis 3 different orders, NOPE I guess she doesn't know how to apologize for her mistake.
My colleague went back to ask why was he charged for, the lady that did charge him started speaking in her language to another co worker, how unprofessional, I need to speak with the owner, this has been an ongoing thing for 2 years I been here.
Again I have worked at this location and the Gilmore station location, there was customer service, professionalism, and food safe before, I guess those were better times, don't talk about a customer in front of the customer in your language to your staffs that's not ok.
Because I do understand the language.
Very bad attitude the new girl who took my order as my staff member advised after he went to ask why was he charged this much if he did not get his chilli, she wasn't helpful bad attitude, and was speaking something underneath her breath in her language to her co worker, rather than acknowledging I made a mistake no sorry noting, If i do not hear back from anyone I will be reaching out again in the next couple of...
Read morePoor customer service at the Tim Hortons location at 3502 East Hastings Street.
This was my first time I ordered a Biebs Vanilla Cold Brew. I was amazed at how much ice was inside the cup and asked the gal (employee) if she could remove some ice cubes.
Her reply was, you should have asked for less ice at the time of ordering; it was strange because I asked in a kind manner and was given quite a terse response. I told her that have you heard that the customer is always right? Her response was, no, you're not right!
I told the employee that an acquaintance of mine owns two Tim Horton's locations, she told me to go there instead. The location manager apologized at her employees rude behaviour and told me that she would personally make me a new Cold Brew... I told the manager that her employees action and negative response casts poor service towards a customer; the manager apologized again.
Other patrons were talking to me about the service and negative comments I received from this employee and said, they were shocked with this type of behaviour.
Two things I would have done today:
If I were the manager at this Tim Horton's location (3502 East Hastings Street), I would have asked my employee to apologize to the customer for their rude behaviour and then go take a break.
If I had been the owner and overheard or saw my employee make negative snide remarks towards a customer, I would have fired them on the spot.
Anyhow, I'm done with ordering beverage and/or food items from this location of Tim Hortons at 3502 East Hastings Street. I'll take my living wage and go shop elsewhere, I'll let friends and acquaintances know of the customer service at this location and the awkward service I was showered with today.
Thanks...
Read moreI am writing this so that the owners can look into the issue. So I Ordered from Tim Hortons today through DoorDash and I seriously regret it. First, they couldn’t even be bothered to add whipped cream on the Blackberry Quencher — why list it with whipped cream if you’re just going to skip it? Lazy. Then the Habanero Veggie Wrap shows up cold as if it came straight from the fridge. Not warm, not lukewarm — COLD. I couldn’t even eat it. The sea salt wedges? Drenched in oil or whatever greasy mess they call seasoning, and they weren’t even properly cooked. Soft, soggy, and gross. This entire order felt like it was thrown together without the slightest care. I’m actually disgusted. Never ordering from this Tim’s again.
But this isn’t even the first time. A few days back, I went to the same Tim’s for a walk since it’s the closest one to my house. I ordered the Orange Quencher and — surprise — the guy making it forgot the whipped cream. I politely asked him to add it, and he had to ask his supervisor, who clearly told him it comes with whipped cream (as shown on the damn menu). But instead of just fixing it, this guy ignored the supervisor and went to confirm with the manager. Like… seriously ? Why does it take two levels of staff just to do what the menu already says?
This place clearly has no clue what they’re doing. No attention to detail, no pride in their service, and no care for customer satisfaction. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m done wasting my time...
