West B Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

This was amazing Pizza and I highly recommend it. The ingredients are all 100% fresh and of the highest quality. If you have a sweet tooth ask for the Black Cherry dessert pizza Wow! Really good. The owner just opened up and is super friendly and really is passionate about making sure every customer is treated right and leaves with a great pizza.

My advice is try it and you won’t go anywhere else, if you are anywhere near Broadway and Yukon St stop by and get yourself a great pizza, and if your not get it delivered, you’ll be happy you did.

Ok I decided to re-order 2 weeks later and again they did not disappoint at all, my wife and I tried the Peri Peri Pizza at the advice of the owner, I admit I was really a bit skeptical at first, but OH MAN! That was like nothing we ever ate before, it was a party in your mouth, that tasted more like a gourmet meal than any pizza! Nearly killed me due to anaphylaxis…. For the second time. Attempted to contact via customer support email on the website yet it doesn’t work. When calling the shop to let them know what happened, the employee argued with me saying they confirmed the allergen and switched the mozzarella for vegan cheese THEN put feta cheese on top. (The logic astounds me) We used to be frequent customers: we will never go to this establishment again and we recommend staying far from it. Clear lack of safe food service training.

EDIT** reading other one star reviews I notice a reoccurring trend to state they don’t have the reviews name in their database for a previous order so I wanted to make it clear that it will not be under my name as my boyfriend was the one who ordered. Clarifying this to ensure there is no attempt to dismiss or discredit my review.

Ordered a Vietnamese Chilli Chicken Pizza with extra chicken. Pizza arrived and was not upto the usual quality of this location. It didn’t have the extra chicken, and the sauce was bad. Tried speaking with the owner on the phone, who said that the because he’s “been making pizzas for over 15 years and had 86 Vietnamese Chilli Chicken Pizza’s that were made tonight just fine”, that ours couldn’t have been bad. Exceptionally terrible pizza and surprisingly, even worse customer service. (Don’t believe me, look at all the other one star reviews at this place and notice how the owner always argues in response)
