Donair and Sub House - Vancouver — Restaurant in Vancouver

Initially I thought the problems were only how dirty and smelly their shop is, or how small of a portion the chicken donair was. But then I turned to be better this way, since the "meat" was darken, rotten and very disgusting! Hey owner of Donair Sub House: you like to respond angrily on customers who complain, but how about stop selling expired chicken skin with bone piesces and focus on minimum quality? Or just shut down this business already! These other higher reviews are definitely friends or fake reviews the owner purchased online.. Shoppers, avoid this "food". Avoid a stomacache!

Edit (reply to business answer): If your chicken isn't expired, what makes it dark, dry, BAD tasting and giving stomachache? "...our portion is one of biggest in town..."... Are you comediant or something? Customers, ask to see the container size before ordering. That's what you say.

"Furthermore", an Uber Eats order doesn't show how messy, dirty and smelly your shop is, because it's done online and paid in advance, right?

Now, will you refund the money wasted on a meal I couldn't finish, without giving me a hard time? That would be honest, but more honest is to stop selling such health hazard. So others (like the ones reviewing 1* here who are not the fake reviews you buy) wouldn't waste money and eat...

First, I would like to thank the owner[s] for giving the Buy1Get1Free promotion on food delivery apps. The reason for low rating is quality and price (if we do not take the promotion I got into consideration).

Mushrooms were included in my order as I had requested but I could taste the bad taste of old mushrooms, and it was noticeable in both meals on both sides of the containers (salad and rice-meat). Also, they use short grain rice which I myself don't like but maybe others would be ok with.

Overall, the food did not taste good. Also, considering the amount of rice and meat, I think $19.95 even on food delivery apps which prices are set higher than in-store prices is too expensive.

I hope at least their food quality improves...

i got lamb for dinner from uber eats. it tastes disgusting and feels rotten.

Adding vegetable does not change the fact that the meat is not well spiced and also dated. the next day t I also had salad for lunch and following your instruction , mixing it with salad made my whole lunch taste awful. in uber eats it said to choose between 1-6 toppings. which should not make me do the salad base. when I see topping and don't choose vegetable topping I am not expecting the salad base to be gone.

hiding the awful taste of meet in salad and sauce is not a fix and gas lighting a customer for navigating your confusing instructions isn't a way to...
