McDonald's — Restaurant in Vaudreuil-Dorion

I walked in to this mcdonalds to get lunch on Dec 10, 2022 and was very disappointed with the service. Its so easy to blame lack of employees for bad service. I was standing at the counter to place an order and I understand its busy and I have to wait no problem. The problem is when car orders get prioritized over someone standing at the counter. There were over 6 times someone walked over to the cash to print a receipt while I was standing there and not even an acknowledgement like I do not exist. If you have no intention of taking orders at the cash then put a sign or remove the cash register or have them display no service. Now lets talk about the kiosks there not very intuitive and I was not the only one fumbling with it till I had enough of this and left like many others . Now I know why there are so many cars at the drive through. It appears you are catering to the people in cars and cell phones and forgot about the seniors who helped build you what you are today . You changed but not for the better. I remember a time when mcdonalds had pride the managers would do a walk through before opening the doors to be sure its clean and ready. You would never find a dirty floor or table because there was always someone cleaning and there was always someone at the cash ready to take your order. 1 star is too much but I had no choice if I wanted to...

Having been to over 100 McDonald's restaurants throughout Canada and the US, I feel like I know what a good McDonald's entails. I'll start with the waiting times. We ordered at 13:04 and only received our food a little over 45 minutes later. Some customers were livid so we didn't complain. The staff and manager were dealing with several angry customers. I would like to say that the food was worth the wait but I'd be lying. The egg McMuffin was old and the fries tasted like cardboard. The kids didn't complain about their poutines but didn't finish them as they usually do. We went to get some ketchup to drown the taste of the awful fries, but there were NO paper containers. Please see the pics... No straws, no ketchup containers, no salt/pepper/vinegar. The area (near the fountain drinks) was so incredibly dirty! As was the entire restaurant! I'm also wondering if this is a separate franchise and not a part of the McDonald's chain. It should be shut down as it's seriously beyond disgusting. I should mention that the pancakes were ok but I couldn't enjoy them as I was so...

This review is based on several visits and the only reason I've gone back to here is because of its location. This place is now a running joke for me and my friend's because we always want to see "What will go wrong this time". This place is almost always filthy, garbages are often over filled, tables sticky and the soft drink section is also often a complete mess. But the worst part has to be the quality of service and I blame the management rather than the employees. The service is usually extremely slow when compared to other McDonalds, one time it literally took over 20 mins (not like it felt like 20 mins but really 20 minutes and more) to receive my order when it was a quiet night. I won't tell every strory but in general case this place was just terrible even for fast food standards. If you are in no rush go to the McDonald in Dorion that is 10 mins away and you will have much better quality and...
