Mr. Puffs — Restaurant in Vaudreuil-Dorion

I had the privilege to meet Aarbab at Vaudreuil-Dorion Mr. Puff location. He was running the show by himself. He was taking on the stress of operations. A true restaurateur. He allowed me to observe the entire process – A process that is efficient and ready to order. Aarbab, an incredible person, business manager & operator. No slow-motion with this professional. This gentleman is keeping the operations running like a gear, a well-oiled and finely tuned machine.

Good service, humans like him improve the taste & quality of the food: good service = better tasting food. Another giveaway he is a pro. Puffs are delicious, and notably so, I eat to survive, I’m not a foodie. Mr. Aarbab and his establishment Mr. Puffs in Vaudreuil-Dorion is top notch; with emphasis on top notch!! P.S. Hard to come by a man, an operator like him who has the knowledge, respect and is competent by fact, which running a business is not always textbook, he can move, talk, operate and adapt - Unreal! Aarbab's service is just a league above. Went to Mr Puffs at Vaudreuil on feb 27th in the evening as my kids and i were craving something sweet! So i go into the store,open the door and there's not a lot of people but it always takes a bit of time when ordering so i'm always patient when i go! But as soon as i went inside there was NO acknowledgement by no one!! Really felt like a ghost! The girl at the counter didn't even bother saying bonjour or hi nor did she even bother looking at me!! I know they are probably tired and life and blablabla but does that excuse not being cool? I waited more than 5-10 mins thinking at some point they will take 30 secs to say "just a moment" but NADA! So because i did not want to bother the staff by ordering lol i simply left and mcdo came through to fulfill our sweet cravings! I really do love puffs and I have never had a problem with this location I go quite often. But I notic they are often understaffed, usually it doesnt affect the service or the quality of the puffs, it just makes the wait longer. I visited saturday afternoon and their seemed to be only 3 staff, perhaps there was a fourth somewhere in the back, but they seemed to be running around a lot and very overwhelmed with the amount of orders they had and the line. I also went a few weeks ago and found that not all employees wear hairnets.
