July 3rd 2025 time after 5pm Poor and rude customer service 1 new employees doesn’t seem to understand English well enough to serve customers and the manager doesn’t know how to give good customer services that I had to leave because the sandwich I was ordering there was a big space of meat missing on the bun so I ask her just to put some meat in that area in the center that was empty I mean I shouldn’t evening have to ask on the first place you can clearly see that so the acting manager told her to take off the meat and put that back into the tray and to start all over cross contaminating the meat she then told her to re-scoop the meat that she put back into the container it came from so the employees does it the she said take off of the one scoop ? it to much on the scoop ? Read more*Edit: We didn't see the girl in question again that was closing the store very early. Don't know if she got fired or what but since then we never had a problem again. One little note; sometimes on Googles it says it closes at 10pm but it's actually 9pm. But even if it was 9pm that day of the incident, it was still 30 minutes early, which is still overkill. If you say your business is open until 9, then it's open until 9. I changed my reviews to 5 stars because we got very good service every time we went there lately.
We arrived at 8h30 and they closed the lights in front of us. Restaurant was supposed to close at 10pm... The 2 employees were hiding in the back and waiting for us to leave. When the DoorDash driver (hired through Subway’s app) arrived to pick it up, the store told him it had already been picked up by another driver. A few minutes later Subway canceled my order. When I called the store to find out what was going on, I was told they “never got the order” and that the app automatically says “building it” even if nothing is being made. The employee I spoke with was clearly uninterested in helping and claimed they never received the order.. which makes no sense if a DoorDash driver showed up because the app contacted him. It’s obvious she was covering for a mistake.
