Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Vaughan

I tried to pay with my credit card, but I was told the payment terminal's tap to pay function was broken.

This is a red flag for me as this is the pretense under which an assortment of credit card frauds occur.

I then tried to pay with cash but the driver was unable to break the bill unless he got an additional $15 tip on top of what i was already tipping.

After waiting for 30 minutes for my delivery, I was at an impasse with the delivery driver. As the delivery driver had a broken machine and could not provide sufficient change.

My paynent could not be made and I never obtained my order.

Very questionable location, payment terminals are broken and the customer has to pay more to purchase their pizza in cash.

I will not be ordering Dominos Pizza again from this location.

Dominos head office should also review this location and their business practices, as the location called me after and told me Dominos does use tap to pay on...

I had a terrible experience with this place. I ordered pizza, and one of them arrived raw. When I called to report the issue, the person who claimed to be the manager was extremely unprofessional. She didn’t even apologize and only said she’d send a replacement. When I asked how long it would take, she said she didn’t know and would let me know—but I waited 25 minutes with no follow-up.

When I called again, her tone made it clear she didn’t believe me, and she kept speaking over me like she was doing me a favor. I asked for a refund, but she refused and wouldn’t even give me her name when I requested it.

On the other hand, the delivery driver was polite and even apologized, saying I should have gotten a refund. It’s a shame the manager couldn’t handle the situation as professionally as the driver.

Overall, this was an awful experience. The lack of respect and poor customer service ruined my night, and I won’t be ordering...

Poor quality, Awful management

I placed an order for Xl Chicken bacon pizza with Extra mushrooms on it which cost me about $ 55.13 and I didn’t receive any mushrooms on it. When I called the store they said we can’t do anything tonight and you need to call tomorrow and talk to the manager. I called the next day and talked to their manager, she called me a liar and said my staff are saying they added mushrooms. So I took her number and send pictures of my pizza, then she said no, mushrooms may be covered under cheese, after telling her there is no way Extra mushrooms would be covered under any amount of cheese, especially on a thin crust she said still there is nothing she can do and it's their policy. Writing a review here today to tell anyone who may wanna order from this branch to stop and consider another location, cause their policy is about fraud and making money, instead of delivering a pizza...
