And now it's time to leave a review. Few days ago I drives thru and ordered 4 junior chickens one with meal and other just the sandwiches out of which I got only one burger that was hot I mean that was what it suppose to be but other 3 juniors were cold, yes the chicken was fried but I don't know whether it was fried for 3 seconds as I ordered 3 of them. But I did came back to them and they gave me good one. Which I appreciate but for that I have to start whole process again like lineup and order and Taking my burgers and they wasted my half hour luckily I was not in rush . SO I DID NOT FIND GOOD TO GIVE A BAD REVIEW AND I MOVED ON BUT TODAY THIS @McDonald's showed zero care for customer So I have to give I bad review .. this happened: I am still outside of this place and writing review without using their wifi Few minutes ago I walk in and self ordered mac flurry oreo on the machine. It was little busy so I got table service and picked up my tracker and got seat in close to them so they don't have to walk all the way back just only for me .. i started waiting and time passes on and on . My number was not showing on screen so I have no idea when my order will be ready to serve . A girl working over there look at me again and again I didn't paid me ch attention . After waiting more than half hour I had to ask for my oreo mac flurry and that same girl told me that they don't have it and was soo pissed like why the hell then I made kept waiting . I politely asked her then why they don't have told me . She replied that they called up but nobody came. I was sitting close and could have easily heard if they have asked for me . Moreover I asked for table service they could easily track me and then she replied that trackers are off . Then why it was first kept ñext to machine if they were not kept on . That lady showed no intrest in answering my any questions like no customer service at oll .. And then I asked for my refund and then I tap for refund and I reached door the other lady standing next to that rude lady told me that it didn't go throw and then I inserted and got my refund and still that rude lady no single word from her mouth . I wished her good night 2nd time and walked away still no word from that lady . #McDonald's no respect at all .. i just checked reviews of this place NO DOUBT I got treatment bad .. Thankgod I was not the only one .. at least they are racist .. that's only good thing ( I doubt) .. anyway good night .. enjoy...

It was new on the menu. I tried it was really good. I could be wrong, I went back once again to order the new McCrispy chicken sandwich I believe I thanked that black lady for that suggestion. Unfortunately this evening approximately around 12am I went there and the cash registers were down. So they suggested to use the kiosk terminal. It was very simple to use. So simple, picture items. I chose the herb and garlic French fries and chunky cantaloupe. The total was $6.24 A round off number donation was suggested. $.36 cents =$7.00 I got my receipt. The number was 738. I did not look at the specifics of the receipt I didn’t have my glasses on. Was I wrong to assume that my order should be correct I’m not illiterate or stupid who cannot look at and pick out orders with pictures. It seemed like they want to embarrass me. I don’t know why, at any event, the workers, whatever I couldn’t get my order The order numbers on the screen did not make any sense At any event my order didn’t come through. The guy came out and looked at my receipt and said no you ordered a big Mac I think combo how can I order a big Mac combo for seven dollars? it’s unfortunate I had to make a point keep my seven dollars leave me alone am I illiterate or stupid or I have a good Head on my shoulder so I left I gave him the pill receipt. Keep my seven dollars. I’ll go somewhere else like Burger King it’s American. Don’t get me wrong. I’ll have to find a good McDonald’s with great service, food, atmosphere and customer care. Read moreThis location does not stop to surprise me when it comes to their absolutely ridiculous and attrocious service. A lot of the team members are poorly trained and do not know the basics of customer service. Some of the managers in the past have appologised for this when I brought it to their attention but repeated visits showed that not much was being done to fix the situation. Today was the day that I made a decision never to visit this location Mcdonalds again and also think more than twice before visiting any Mcdonalds in the world. Today the manager of the store, Sandra, gave me the worst customer service experience I have ever received. If the system is down and you are unable to take an order a simple heartfelt appology and because this is Mcdonalds a suitable alternative should be provided. Far from it, I was spoken to with so much of attitude that I did not feel like a paying customer. No apology was given for the inconvenience and when I asked her " what should I do now?" No alternatives were forth coming. I am not sure if the franchise owner is aware of how their store is being run. Not even sure if the owners encourage such behavior. Quite common for franchise owners to ignore customers when their store has a heavy foot fall. Please avoid this location like the plague. There are plenty of other eating options around. I mean if the staff including the management has such a rubbish attitude towards people can you imagine what they must be doing to the food??? I mean just read the other reviews below this.
