Attended the establishment on Weston Road with my husband and ordered two combos, one had fries, we were told it would be about 15 mins wait, which is already frustrating, but they made us wait 30 mins. One of the meals arrived on time, so we had to wait for the second meal in order to eat together. When we asked what was taking so long, they advised they had a new fryer and this is why it was taking longer… Absolutely unacceptable that this was the reasoning as they were unprepared for customers to come attend the restaurant and workers seemed too busy socializing rather than getting things organized and ready on time. We asked whether they could do something about the order being so delayed, they offered a $1.30 change to downgrade our order to the shawarma on the rocks without the fries. They didn’t even think to offer a simple drink on the house for the inconvenience, so we asked for our money back. They ruined our lunch experience and we will not be returning to ANY Osmows establishment. There are plenty of better tasting shawarma options and this place doesn’t come close to anything authentic. Simply a disappointing experience. They were given the opportunity to make it right and chose not to do so. They have lost two customers, and we will be sharing our negative experience with others. Thanks for...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this shawarma place for a while, and it used to be one of my favorites. Unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. The service is still decent—staff are polite and the wait times aren’t too bad—but the food just isn’t what it used to be.
The biggest issue is the portioning. There’s noticeably less chicken in the wraps now, which makes a huge difference. Instead of the well-balanced mix of meat, sauce, and toppings they used to have, it now feels like you’re mostly eating lettuce, tomatoes, and sauce with a bit of chicken here and there. Speaking of sauce, they’ve been overdoing it. A little sauce enhances the flavors, but too much drowns out everything else, making the wrap soggy and overpowering the taste of the meat.
It’s frustrating because this place used to get it right. The shawarma was flavorful, well-portioned, and satisfying. Now, it feels like they’re cutting corners, and the overall experience just isn’t the same. If they went back to their old ways—more chicken, better balance of ingredients—I’d happily recommend it again. But as it stands, it’s just not what...

First things first, the food is out of this world. I mean, seriously, it's like a flavor explosion in your mouth. The shawarmas are juicy, the falafels are super flavorful, and their hummus is just divine. Plus, they don't skimp on portions, so you won't leave hungry.
But it's not just about the food; it's the service that really impressed me. The staff is friendly and attentive. They're all about making sure you have a great time. They're happy to give recommendations and accommodate any special requests you might have. The whole vibe is just so welcoming.
The place itself is clean and cozy, perfect for a laid-back meal with friends or family. Whether you're dining in or getting takeout, you can count on a comfortable atmosphere.
So, if you're in Woodbridge and in the mood for some amazing Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, Osmow's is the place to go. Trust me; you won't be...
