Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Vaughan

This is the second time we have tried their food and biggest disappointment ever....We have ordered mild and medium spice but the food was so spicy that it was inedible. Who put hot sauce in a junior wrap when it's ordered as mild?..Such a waste of money...Save yourself the frustration and money and go to some other location. I wish that Google gives me an option of zero or -1 star ratings. Here I am sitting with no dinner at the table for whole family at 7.20PM of a winter evening......It could not be worse than this. Not sure who is rating them 5 stars...Looks like mostly fake reviews.

Fake Reviews & horrible service Ridiculous Customer service by their food maker.

I placed by order and paid to have onions added. When the food maker was preparing; I noticed he was about the put the sauce before onion and I quickly advised him "I wanted onions first". He pointed to his screen as an indication that the order he was preparing was for an online order. I assumed that since he heard by request, he will be aware of it but I was wrong. When he put the sauce on and I told him that I wanted onion first; he begins to tell me how this was something that I should have told the cashier, raises his voice and begins to tell me how I am argue with him over nothing. After he realizes the scene he was making, said in a rude tone that he could have just make it again.

I requested a refund and left. I dont understand how i can communicate my request to the food handler before my food is prepared ... and once he makes the mistake, he tries to begin to tell me that It is my fault.

If you are craving Osmows; I would highly recommend to avoid the headache at this location and to go to Melville & Rutherford which is 5mins away.

Also as another legit reviewer pointed out; they have fake reviews... they offer customers free drinks to create 5 start google reviews... _-

Osmow's overall has gone way downhill but this location in particular is horrible. I have ordered from here many times and every time I get old chicken. The chicken is always cold, dried out and not fresh. It's been sitting in their "warmer" for who knows how long. I've asked so many times "please make sure the chicken is hot and fresh" and the employees look at me weird. They are clearly not following proper handling protocols and I was even thinking to alert the health department for improper temperature controls. Osmow's step up your quality because I know tons of people that don't go to your locations anymore, myself included. Do yourself a favour and avoid, much better places to get Shawarma in town.

Edit: I got a response to my review below from the owner. Their response is a joke. It just shows they are ignoring all the real 1 star reviews on their profile. All the 5 star reviews are people who got a free drink. As for their temperature "log" that they are filling out. It's very clear the staff are writing fake temperatures. How can the chicken be cold and dried out if it's kept hot? Instead of making it seem like all the 1 star reviews are customers trying to make you look bad, how about you actually do your own quality audits and fix your clear quality...
