Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Vaughan

I've never had such a bad experience at a pizza establishment. Especially formerly working for a pizzeria myself, I am familiar with the goingson and the way the "manager" decided to treat us was totally inappropriate and rude. We ordered our pizza approximately around 9 pm, got our pizza about 25 minutes late without our dipping sauces and pop. To preface we have ordered 3 times before and EVERYTIME they have forgotten our dipping sauces. 30 minutes later no dipping sauces, called again and the driver is not even on his way. The manager gets on the phone and is LAUGHING at me. Telling everyone "what do I want?" I clearly told him what they should've done is taken someone that is in the store that's a driver to send the dips instead of waiting for the driver to come back (that's what they told me they were doing for 30 minutes). Manager still proceeds to laugh and say I'm threatening him when I'm saying they need to do something because this is ridiculous. Keeps saying well what do you want. When I say fine a large cheese pizza he says "I've never heard of that before but fine" I've never been more disgusted with...

I ordered the triple box that comes with two medium pizzas,boneless wings,cookie, and bread sticks. In fine print it specifically said on the website that the breadsticks are served with Marinara sauce, hence stating that it comes with it. And I know it comes with it because the Richmond Hill location always puts it in the box. This location in Vaughn and major Mackenzie is the worst location. Cheap Awful service it makes me not want to come back here and tell other people about this location. The female manager is so rude. She kept insisting that the breadsticks don’t come with marinara sauce and that is how it’s been for two years, she kept saying TWO YEARS. If that is not a red flag 🚩 for Pizza HUT to not be serving marinara sauce and ripping people off all the time for TWO YEARS then I don’t know what to say. This location has been the most frustrating to order from.

I believe we all look forward to when we have enough points to redeem our Free 2-Topping Medium Pizza.

And as a simple request we tend to call in to ask that instead of having Pineapple and Pepperoni on the entire pie, that if we can instead request Half Pineapple and Half Pepperoni because my fiancee is a Vegetarian and she can't eat meat.

Simple enough?

Apparently not for this location, they always raise their voice at us and say that we are not allowed to make that request when we Redeem a pizza.

I asked to speak with the manager just to get the same response from them. Since when is a customer not allowed to ask to reduce toppings? Does that not save the company money....

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location.
