I would say that my reviews are not legendary however I'm trying to give you now the most incredible, and appetizing and, best value sort of not wearing this correctly but I think you get the idea. Sort of like bang for your buck. With you know sometimes healthy options but I'm looking for Speed when I go out for fast food oh, and I'm looking for accuracy of the order, and I'm looking to fulfill the desire that I currently have or craving. So this is why I do my reviews and usually I am good at fighting cheap jealous of amazing food next.... Let me get to the gokd stuff and sleeo.

With pizza pizza, you have to remember if you're my age or older or even a decade younger, the menu is a standardized does it it's got to be still today, it was simple as it is today however the ingredients that they use now are actually a real, the crust and pizza self obviously High to get up to par with everything from the new hipster you know cook in front of you and your own fishing if you pay them enough or you know using special vegetables like probably kale and chicken mixed together or something strange for people who are not used to real Health Options and heart friendly dining for older people.

I would come everyday to the pharmacy across the street and after would go order from here pizza pizza funny thing is I usually don't like pizza pizza but something special about this location and how they run things here the staff is always friendly and willing to help in multiple ways other than just pizza and that's what makes this location special they go above and beyond the regulars of a pizza joint or resturant in general for that matter and when i say they i really mean Nuzhat to me she's the face of the operation lol especially as manager and she does a damn good job at it too she's so kind and always helped me whenever I was in need you never know what someone's going through in life its those small acts of kindness that mean the world to some people including me truly I've been going through it lately for real and everytime I come as soon as I see nuzhat and she smiles it makes my day and puts a smile on my face for the rest of my time which is why I love coming even if to just say hi the vibe is always peaceful and quiet not like other locations like one that shared the space with a different company lazeez I believe and soon as you walk in its like a slamming competition between the two anything slammable getting slammed It's just abnoxious and ruins the vibe completely no wonder that location was dead anyone there had ordered already or waiting on their order to leave but this location on Bathurst and steeles is by far the best pizza pizza location I've ever been two the fact I even felt the need to leave a review considering how much I usually dislike this franchise speaks volumes in itself it's not about the company name its about who's running that specific store in this case its Nuzhat out shining the competition by a long shot I wish I wasn't moving from this area but everything's from Allah(God) he sent blessed people my way throughout my times of hardship Nuzhat was my favourite out of everyone with her compassion and great heart May allah bless you and your family Nuzhat and grant you the highest level of paradise Ameen for your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten Thank you from my heart for all you've done and I look forward to the day I'm able to come back and sit for a slice and some peace and your smile...

They will not honor the "40 minutes or it's free" deal.

I had ordered a large pepperoni with drinks that after 30 minutes I went to my apartment lobby to wait for the delivery man. I watched as the timer counted down IN THE OFFICIAL PIZZA PIZZA APPLICATION. So I decided to go to the store in person to collect my order. I explained my situation which was my phone's service was not working so I went down and waited for the delivery which never came, so would the order be free then?

The person who I assume was the manager explained to me that the delivery person in fact did arrive but never texted me, or waited for someone to open the door for them. Which I understand, you could be waiting for an hour before someone comes by. However the way he explained it seemed like they just called and left without waiting.

So I said the very least you could do is take off the delivery fee seeing as it's been well over an hour and I had to walk all the way down to pick up the order myself. He argues this and I say "Fine, I'll just make a neww order with the same things, my pizza is right there.". He says that "Each order HAS to be a new pizza.". Of course I explain how much of a waste of resources and time this is, especially since I would be waiting for a total of an hour and 20 minutes and having to pay for what should be a FREE order. After this he says, "I just can't do that.", he magically does exactly that once I call his bluff.

Finally I get to paying for my now 30 minutes late pizza and I'm polite and so is he, but once I've paid and start to walk away he has the audacity to say, "Oh, and just a suggestion, leave your phone on next time.". That was the most rude thing I've ever heard, especially since I had explained countless times that my phone's SERVICE was down. This had nothing to do with negligence on my part.

Looking back I should have asked him to refund me the order at that point.

So, I'm left with a full price order, 1 hr and 30 minutes after it was supposed to be deemed free, with cold pizza and the determination to call head office.
