I was at the Woodbridge location today (10:15am-ish)( I am a regular customer)and I approached the cheese counter and the lady behind all of a sudden told me I need to move over and I was a bit confused as I didn't see anyone beside me. Apparently there was a gentleman who was behind me but I was told to move, okay fine. then my father who was also there shopping was approaching but I was still confused and a bit annoyed at this point so I moved away from the counter and stood at the end of the isle bins to decide what I wanted to do. The same lady started to help my father and then started to say only one person per family can be served. My father said " we don't live together" she repeated and then made another comment and I said well I'm confused as to what is happening as I am not standing near anyone and we don't live together what is the issue? I have my own cart with my own things in it. I was there to buy a couple pounds of ricotta among a list of other things. Needless to say I was so upset at this point that I put everything back where it belonged and waited for him outside. The lady came out to apologize and that she didn't mean to offend. I said thank you but that was my father who I don't live with, we were not standing beside each other simply chatting while passing time, so thank you for your apology but I am offended as I still don't understand why I was singled out for no reason. I understand everyone is stressed during this time but I am still not sure what happened and why but I do know I was singled out in front on an entire store. ...
Read moreReally bad experience!!! Let me tell you a funny story!!!! Today I went there with my puppy(11-month-old 4kg cute little mini-dachshund in my arms at all time) and it wasn’t our first time.
Let me explain our last visit first: we saw a couple of staff and one of them said greetings to my puppy who was in my hand. He was so very friendly and welcoming. That was a really good experience and it was nice of them.
And now: we went there and saw a couple of staff and they were welcoming and nice like before, then after we went to cashier and woooooow! Still can not believe it! A rude cashier who just talk really rough and told me you can not come to the store with a dog! I told her but no one told me about this and we didn’t notice anything about “NO DOG” at the entrance ( which I always check at the entrance everywhere). The woman said: but you know you can not go to all grocery stores with dogs like Langos ... And I said: No, we can go to some of them like Fortinos, etc. In summary, we had a really bad experience today. The woman who works there just demotes this business and I’m so sorry about that.
Therefore, I will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...
