Subway — Restaurant in Vaughan

Horrible. The lady asked me and someone with me what we wanted and they ordered what they wanted and then she asked me what I wanted so I told her what I wanted she said ok, she picked out the bread for me and then just left it and went to the cashier register and i asked her where is my order and she said "wHaT dO u MeAn YoUr OrDer, U dIDnT sAy U wAnTeD aNyThInG!" so then then all of this scene happened where their were lots of costumers waiting behind us and then they created this whole scene saying "oh dw we can wait" and then everyone were on their tiptoes for me, and she was like "well i can nake ur order but as long as the customers were ok🙄" and everyone was fine with that so she made my stuff while everyone was acting so weirdly. I'm very sure that I asked her for my food and she just forgot cuz based on these bad reviews everyone is giving. I'm pretty sure but I might be incorrect her name is jahan but all I remember she had black hair and brown eyes. Whatever u do don't go to that subway unless u want a whole scene to be created. Ik yall are like "aww how cute of her to write a review" or yall are like "hEr PaRenTs ThOuGhT hEr BaD😡😡😡" but like yall idgaf honestly (my dog told me to say that) anyways I hope I'm correct cuz I still don't want to leave a bad review on someone who did nothing but I have a gut feeling that I asked her for my order. This is the worst subway I have ever been to. I come in to have dinner and order me a sub and they only had white bread which wasn’t that big of a deal. Then he put it in the toaster for around 15 seconds which was shorter than it’s supposed to be and the cheese was not melted properly. He then asked what toppings I want and I asked for extra green olives but he puts a little bit and then tells me that he has to save some for the other customers but at other subways they put a whole bunch because they have more in the back which was definitely odd. He proceeds to put on the sauces and puts a lot of bbq sauce when I clearly said a little and then scrapes it off with a knife and goes over to the garbage can and bangs the knife on the garbage can to shake the bbq sauce off the knife and I clearly heard him banging the knife against the garbage can. He then puts that same knife on the counter and decides to fold my sub with it and when I specifically confronted him about it, he denied and said that he only whipped the knife at the garbage can without it touching when he clearly banged it against the garbage can 4 times. He started raising his voice and then throws the sub and the drink on to my tray aggresilvely.

I have never been so mistreated especially at a fast food place like subway. That was a very unpleasant experience and I do not recommend going there especially...

Each time we order from this location the service gets worse and worse. No smile, no communication. You ask to get toppings they will literally put 3 pieces of lettuce and 1 tiny slice of tomato or any topping you ask to add more of- they start giving you dirty looks. Even when you tell them please or try to brighten the mood they start giving you an attitude. We are paying for service not a service with a side of attitude. I’m not sure if the manager trained them properly or gave them any customer service experience but this is completely unacceptable. If a customer is coming in with a great attitude and leaves feeling degraded then you know that there’s a problem. There’s a reason that this location has lost so many customers and so many people warn others not to go there.

A tip from a manager who knows how people should be greeted- especially in the hospitality industry: the people you employee are the face of your company- even a little kind gesture of a smile or a thank you will do wonders to a company.

No one should be treated like they’re less than or made to feel like they’re pestering the people who are serving them.

Horrific experience and left a disgusting taste in our mouth. Avoid this location...
