I just visited this drive thru location and I had the most awful customer service experience ever. After repeating my order 3 times. Which not only didnt I had to settle for the regular ice capp because they we're out of caramel but I didnt get the spinach n feta pastry aswell. Once I noticed that the spinach n feta was missing, turned the car around went in the location to be greeted by to my guest a manger that didn't even introduce herself but talked in another language that wasn't english. Then in attitude and rude voice told me I didn't receive the spinach n feta pastry b/c I wasn't charged for it. I replied that it wasn't my fault if who ever took my order didnt charge me right but I wanted what I ordered. She didn't even heard me only walked away and let the cashier serve me. Was nit only treated rudely but had to pay for an item that I originally ordered and repeated three times. So maybe the problem isn't me it's the people Tim's hire on how they need to repeated the order , understand what the customer is saying and if they don't maybe they shouldn't be in the food industry and serving people. Tim's need to be better in training people especially managers on who to deal with complaints and not to ignore and leave them. Also understand the English language and not rush drive thru customers without letting people get there orders or check there orders. I been finding this problem with most of your locations. Hire people with no experience in food and no screening in understanding our native language in Canada( English or French). Will be most definitely not visiting this...
Read moreMy work is down the street from this Tim’s so it’s the closest one to us. I seriously can’t begin to tell you how many people from my work complain about this Tim Hortons. I have 8 to 10 drivers every morning including office staff talking about how they screwed up their order yet again. I hand out $25 dollar Tim cards to my drivers and staff to show appreciation for their hard work monthly but seems I’m just wasting company funds by giving it to a company that’s simply doesn’t care about the service they provide. I’ve spoken to the supervisor there and politely explained my frustration in buying cards and spending so much money monthly at that franchise but receiving nothing but wrong orders and problems.
Just yesterday after work I stopped by and grabbed 4 large DBL DBL. when I was south of shepherd on the 400, I took a sip of a coffee, all dark roast coffee with 1 or no cream. Running late this morning I against my better judgment stopped and got 1 med DBL DBL. instead I received a black coffee with milk and what taste like half a cup of sugar, not expectable.
I have talk to everyone this morning and relaid my frustration with this location to all employees and stated that Tim Hortons receipts from this location will no longer be excepted for reimbursement if handed in. Effective immediately until another location close could be found all Tim cards will no longer be handed out. I recieved a order with missing items and a written note stating sorry were out of stock.and Tim's digital team didn't do anything about it. they refunded me less and gave me the worst round around excuses ..worst experience of customer service..this is a billion dollar franchise..I'm discussed at the way I was treated .especially the manager Pria sent me a email to contact her to resolve my situation and when I called ..the young girl employee said she would relate the message back to her that I called and ...no call back .so my case was tossed out and by looking at my photo I posted of the order I recieved minus the hockey cards I ordered but a hand written note .saying I'm sorry ..we out of hockey cards. imagine a billion dollar company writing a note to you and taking your money for missing items. at the end of the day if I got ripped of by Pria and staff at Whitmore tim hortons location so have others. this store needs to be held accountable for there duedilleg. further more supervisers of franchise branches should investigate this location for the overall service ..cleanliness and non working ..non sanitized bathrooms.
