If I can give them zero stars I would! rudest customer service ever waited for 15 mins for a roast beef cravable and the person making the sandwich was being rude and ignored us . We asked her how much longer and she gave us attitude and said who took the order blame the other worker when all the roast beef and bread was all in front of her yet she was busy making orders that were taken after us serious the trainee had better customer service then her whoever hired her needs to recheck her attitude to thw people who are buying the food.
Also incident was when we were in the drive thru and we asked for a habenro crispy chicken loaded wrap and thw worker said it wasn’t available it was the third time in one week that it wasn’t available. Okay I understood one day it was 8pm it late okay but thw other two times was at noon and 2pm why have it on the menu. This establishment especially the worker with thw mask on her mouth only yelling at us when we asked how come she doesn’t have the wrap it’s only 2pm. She right to our faces said I don’t have time to make that there’s a long line up. No time??? I have gone to numerous of drive thru and none of them ever said that they would make it no matter of thw line up even gas station Tim hortons is better than this! If you don’t have anything on the menu post it on the menu not having people wait 25-30 mins in the drive thru for them to say it’s not availabile when it’s on the menu at 12-1pm when lunch just started. Rudest workers and they all look at you like they have a problem with you. Please retrain all your staff I was never rude to them and workers arguing with each other and outing one another. I worked in customer service and this is by far the worst. Rude and...

I visit this location regularly for coffee since it's close to my office, but after today’s experience, I doubt I'll return. I decided to go inside for lunch rather than use the drive-thru, as it was busy. What a mistake that was.
First, we’ve come so far from the days of friendly greetings like, "Hello, how can I help you?" Now, it's just "NEXT" – no warmth or direction. I ordered a drink, a chicken wrap, and a breakfast croissant. They handed me the drink and just said "NEXT" with no instruction on where to collect my food. So, I followed others to the right, where food was being tossed on the counter, called out by item.
My wrap was called, so I took it. The staff member asked, “JUST the WRAP?” I said yes, thinking that was all for now. Moments later, she turned and yelled, “WRAP and BREAKFAST!” I realized I had mistakenly taken someone else’s order and returned it. The other customer didn’t mind, but the staff member immediately started YELLING at me: “I said JUST the wrap, and you said YES! You didn’t listen!”
Embarrassed in front of a room full of customers, I apologized and explained it was a mistake, only to have my bag thrown at me by the same employee, as her coworkers giggled at my expense. I left feeling completely distraught.
This kind of interaction is absolutely NOT acceptable. Where have the days gone when employees would say “please” and “thank you,” or wish you a nice day? It seems now anyone with a pulse can be hired here. This is an experience I will never forget—and I will...
Read moreA busy location at the corner of Dufferin and Langstaff, as it's a typical location for workers nearby to grab their morning coffee and lunch in the afternoon.
I stopped by Wendy's today to grab a bite but was tempted by Tim Hortons new Oreo Dream Donut. Honestly, I've had their first "Dream Donut" releases from earlier this year and they were SO disappointing since they were lacking novelty, had heaping amounts of icing, and was just overall a bucket load of sugar with not much flavor. I have to say though, this Oreo donut really DID NOT disappoint! This time around, the icing-to-donut ratio was just right and I LOVED the Oreo cream cheese icing, as the flavors were all there and really made the donut what it is. The pastry portion was soft (though it course cannot be compared to Krispy Kreme) and fresh. I also enjoyed the crunch that the crumbs gave. Lastly, look at that presentation! Talk about Tim Hortons stepping up their game. They also automatically packaged it in a salad container, not a pastry bag, in order to maintain the aesthetics.
Overall, drive thru was very efficient and the staff members were friendly.
Just a note though that because of the cross over between Tim Hortons' and Wendy's drive thru, it can get a little hectic and dangerous so just be sure to look out before driving off.
