Wendy's — Restaurant in Vaughan

Saturday evening quieter relaxing atmosphere service was good an employee was walking around offering customers mints ( which i thought was a great touch as i never had that before )

Burger was definitely better tasting than McDonald's which is my place to go for whenever i want one. The texture was great and can taste that there seem to be a lot less salt and preservatives. It tasted more like a home made meal and fries was definitely great again here mc Donald's used ti be my favorite for this but wendys also prepared this with a lot less salt felt healthier.

Definitely would start a routine to this place i still like McDonalds but ill now have to put them on second spot as wendys gets the win for healthier food it does come at a small price increase of around 2$ ( their double burger compared to McDonalds double quarter pounder.. A price i can justify for the healthier less sodium choice.. Also price comparison was just based on what i got tje one burger.. Oh the bun itself to was also a winner a unique one different from the typical )

I went to wendys earlier today to simply order a Large Spicy Chicken combo, a large fries and frosty fizz on the side. The manager who took my order made it complicated for no reason. It usually takes a minute to take orders but she wasted at least 5 mins going back n forth with me lol. I know she was just trying to promote the coupon book and "help" me save money but I didn't really ask for it 😂. Instead of asking me nicely, she guilt tripped me and said "I know what I'm doing darling I'm helping you save money". I appreciate it and all but if you want your customers to buy the coupon book, don't try to shove it up in their faces and guilt trip them into getting it.

Aside from that the food was good. Wendys has always been our go to fast food place. It's just unfortunate that their customer service...

This review is not directed at the employes noir the owner but directly to corporate!! I literally just waited 25 minutes for one combo!!!! I saw that drive through was clogged up and jammed pack so i decided to go inside since no one was there. The employees served me literally 5 minutes after i walked in and took another 20 to make my food BECAUSE the employes were rushing to serve the drive though because d*mb corporate rules imply that drive through customers are served within a set time limit hence they ignored the 4 customers waiting in line to get served while they served only drive through!! Remove the dumb time limit in drive though and maybe the employes won't be so overworked and the customers waiting inside could also finally...
