My new takeout for Asian food. Generous portions, good selection to choose combo items and affordable price. Both times I grabbed takeout and ordered a combo with rice or noodles, and two choices. The chicken balls are mostly meat not breading, which is not common. The chicken with black bean sauce and veg is delicious and the sweet and sour pork was good. No complaints and Uma picky eater so that's a big deal.Rhe only thing I could add would be I wish it was open later or even 24 hrs haha, I recommend you try it. Plus I haven't had any of the all day breakfast stuff yet,,,.,

One of my all time favourite Victoria spots. I have been going since High School. Huge selection of great drinks and food, and a nice variety too. In high school I would often get the smoothies and as an adult I love their breakfast selection as well as their Chinese food combos which I will often get for lunch. They also have very nice milk tea and iced coffee. The atmosphere is nice and the owners are two of the sweetest people I know. I will always vouch for them and Honeybun Cafe. Edit: sorry my only photo is low quality, it’s from my old phone.

A nice little place for breakfast. Don't go here if you are looking for anything fancy, but if you want a diner-style breakfast with friendly service then this is your place. Prices are very affordable and it's a quiet place most mornings. Would definitely recommend if you just want an affordable and simple breakfast.

No good! Save your money. We we looking for a good boba tea and a little lunch. My daughter ordered a red bean boba. In watching the owner make it, we noticed he hardly put any flavor powder in the cup. Sure enough, it came out almost clear, super watery, and flavorless. I told my daughter to go ahead and ask him to possibly remake it with the right amount of powder or change flavors. She didn't want to bother him, but I told her I'm sure it would be fine and he'd want to make it right for his customers. She went to the counter to ask him, and he was really put off. He quickly and sharply said, "No! That's what you ordered!" and walked away. We left, but my husband walked the drink back in, and and left it on the counter with him. The owner ignored him. We didn't want to be rude or make a scene or anything, but it was clear that customer service or even just kindness isn't a priority in this place. We then walked down a couple blocks to Boba Dog and got much better ones. They make it with actually tea that they steep for...

I swear the reviews are rating something totally different.

It's a snowy day outside. Buses are down, ferries are shut off, restaurants are closed all over town. Frank's HoneyBun is still open and I figure I could do with generous portions of Chinese for lunch.

To say the food was flavorless would be an understatement. The fried rice and chow mein had NO flavor at all. Neither did the Sweet and Sour pork. I had to pour Kikkoman soy sauce just to get a hint of flavor, but then... it's not really fried rice anymore when the rice has a wet feeling to it.

My partner got the breakfast special and loved it, so maybe they do diner style better than any of the Chinese on the menu. Great portions and prices, though. And the owner was sweet....
