Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Victoria

Edit: Recently had the deep dish Pizza while the first time it was good, the 2nd time they nailed it! Thick crust, not to doughy, fresh toppings just perfect for my liking. Even the crust was really delicious with hints of toasted butter. The original Chicago deep dish in the US seemed pretty doughy, like just too much bread, and way too much cheese, yet, Little Caesars got it right. Simply amazing!

I've never been to this place personally, just doing delivery for few years now. All I can say is, they consistently deliver good quality pizza. I love how it's so standard, nothing extraordinary, but the quality ingredients really lift up the total experience. The cheesy breads and other cheese dishes all well executed which is why I keep coming back :) The service is also super fast, except for one occasion, I can overlook that... Just today I had a free item on my order, the cinnamon bites, they were missing some mentioned seasonings plus they were chewy and ok'ish, is it because it was free? Maybe. I'll just avoid them in the future.

But the pizza is one of my fast food...

This kind of incident usually ends up as one star bad review, but I would like to take this moment to acknowledge a gent who works here on the night shift 09/18/23 with two other females provided excellent customer service. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra 2 toppings and the order was rung in such way the kitchen didn't see them. Therefore I did not have the extra toppings on my pizza and I found out after driving 12 minutes to my house. So I drove back for another 12 minutes and the showed it to the gentleman and he apologized sincerely and directed the staff to make a new one right away. This gentleman didn't take my initial order nor did he make my pizza, but he embodies the true spirit of great customer service to handle the negative situation in a positive way. Kudos...

I really really like the Pretzel pizza, but despite that I won't go here anymore because the management is absolutely horrendous. 3 / 6 times I've ordered here they've got my order wrong, and it's not like it's a complicated one. Just a Cheese Pretzel Pizza, it's all over their branding. The most recent time I got home before I realized it wasn't right, and when I called in, they told me that there's "no need" for a refund because they were busy? Like, mistakes happen, but that's my money that you took, and didn't deliver the product. Unacceptable. I won't be...
