Edit: I recently got a cone at the bay center location and it was very good. It tasted delicious, and the scoop was nice. It was a great cone and I will definitely be going there again. I think it is a good place for ice cream, and if I ever happen to have an issue again, I will speak up about it. Maybe if I had said something, she would have fixed it up. It wasn't very fair of me to complain on here before giving them the chance to rectify it. You know what they say about assuming things, I assumed she knew that I was not pleased but I did not say anything about it and I don't know if the employee was aware of my dissatisfaction. In all fairness, businesses should be given the opportunity to address things before we post about it and I will deal with it that way in the future. Read moreI love purdy’s and this location is no exception. The people who work here are always fast and friendly. However, Purdy’s needs to consider running a smaller promotion than “$12 for 12”. I am told almost every single time I purchase from the showcase that this promotion is available. However, it is just way too much chocolate for one person, and I’m “not going to share” $12 worth of chocolate, which has been suggested on more than one occasion. I am a weekly regular here and just like to pick up a small amount each time I come. The person ahead of me was also told about the promotion and also said no, very likely due to the amount of chocolate. Please consider running a more appropriate promotion for those only shopping for themselves. A “$6 for 6” which be a fabulous idea. Thanks...

The food quality was good, and we appreciated the variety of options available. However, we felt that our customer experience could have been smoother. We requested an ice cream sample a couple of times, and though we appreciated the service, the response felt a bit rushed. Additionally, we asked for the cone to be dipped in white chocolate, but the result wasn’t quite as expected.
