Subway — Restaurant in Victoria

Me and my hubby went to this place in morning around 08:10am on Sept 23rd 2020 and right from start of our sandwich it was a very poor customer services by a female employee, she was not wearing a name tag so not sure about her name. Anyhow no greetings by her simply what can I get for you so we both ordered wraps with veggie patty as we were done with one wrap she realized that the grill was not hot enough and stated she cannot warm it up so we said its fine lets change the other wrap to a 6 inch sandwich and she got quite furious to the point where she stated she already started the wrap and literally there was just 2 slices of cheese on the wrap as once she warmed up the veggie patty it was still sitting in the paper so my hubby requested 2-3 times again that we cannot eat cold wrap and we would have appreciated if you could have told us in the beginning that the grill is not ready so if you can give us a sandwich instead that would make sense and when he was requesting she quickly put the veggie patty on to the wrap and stated that I had already started the wrap, finally she ended up giving us a sandwich and she still kept that same wrap inside with other wraps, all I wish is she was a bit courteous and humble and we would not mind paying for the wrap if she had to discard the wrap as the wrap would not had been more than few bucks and than at the end of the till as usual there is no thank you and forget about have a decent day. Me and my hubby is never going back to this place ever again and would not suggest our friends to do so either. I still have the receipt with host order ID: 6346008740079631. Please note not all staff working here is like that some of them are really good as we used to go everyday in morning but we cant afford to have another horrible rude experience like...

Update. was giving them another try in person..Wheres the toppings and no meatball sauce ??? Again in person disappointment.were Not Coming Back Here ..Money wasted Again !

Sadly the worst footlong from this location, ordered by the app. We normally go in there and pick up our subs.Tonight ordered 1 footlong meatball sub, chopped salad. and rice wrap. Sadly, doesn't even compare to going in and ordering at the counter, guessing because your not watching them make the sub. Meatball sub missing sauce, very dry and not covering the whole bun, asked for extra tomatoes, got the standard, and no parmesan or pepper and cant tell if theres garlic aioli on it! Chopped salad, barely full or much in to go container, and rice wrap, with under cooked rice! We come to this location normally to pick our sandwich instead of ordering for pick up, and i do tip at the counter. Very Disappointed this time to say the least. Dont recommend ordering by the App, cause like someone else in the reviews they too are sadly...

We used to come here almost everyday for lunch, our entire staff…. There’s no excuse for serving these tomatoes for over a freaking month. RIDICULOUS. I can’t believe a manager hasn’t pulled them. I spent 600 on subway last month, I’ll never come to this location again in my life. TWELEVE SUBS INA ROW WITH MUSHY TOMATOES. I managed a subway for 2 years. This is absolutely disgusting.

Whole vegetable inserts are all frozen, all good with freeze damage. The inserts should be changed twice a day. They aren’t being changed. I literally just walked in and seen 3 day passed rotten tomatoes all mushy sitting there. Gonna just goto another location.

Staff keeps saying it’s the supplier. If GFS walked into my subway with those tomatoes I’m NOT SIGNING FOR THEM ITS SIMPLE.

Find an new supplier or goto Canadian wholesale and pick some up. You’re losing valuable customers. I’ve left a similar Review several months ago. Do you even care about your restaurant?...
