I had just gotten off a 12 hour night shift and decided to grab a quick breakfast sandwich and hash browns on my way home from work. After picking up the food and arriving at home, I opened the bag only to find that everything in it was cold. I called the location to let them know about my experience and the man I spoke to on the phone said “ok well if you bring the product back we’ll replace it for you”. I explained to the man that I just got off a 12 hour night shift (7pm-7am) and I had an 8am-9am appointment before needing to sleep for the day after (since I had to work again tonight) and did not have time to drive back and deal with their mistake right this second. He said to me “ok well bring it back later and we will replace it”. I told him that there was no way I was going to hold on to cold/old food for at least the next 9 hours til after I’ve slept for the day and bring it back in tonight, and that him asking me to do so was ridiculous.
He argued with me some more (something about “oh well that’s just our policy maim” and “well everything here is hot right now” basically insinuating that I was a liar) before I finally just said “you know what, I’ll remember this treatment in the future and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know not to bother coming to this location as the customer service is terrible” (not that I expect much from a fast food chain anyways, but at least a basic level of common sense should exist). He then said to me “ok maim, give me your name and I’ll make sure next time you come it, we’ll replace the meal for you”(I also just want to point out that I’ve never been called maim more in my entire life and I’m definitely not old enough for anyone to be calling me maim, just sayin’, it was super rude).
This prompted my response of “why didn’t you just say this at the beginning of our conversation like a normal customer service rep would from any other fast food chain”, he responded “cause I don’t want to argue with you”….I’m sorry but that’s literally all you’ve done through our entire conversation and now all of a sudden you don’t want to argue with a paying customer over an $8 breakfast!
Point of the story here: Just letting the world know that this was one of the most frustrating and aggravating experiences I’ve ever had with any fast food chain location in my entire life and I’m 35 years old so that’s saying something….thanks for causing me undue stress over something that should have taken 1 minute to solve over the phone, where you make your mistake right with the paying customer period, not...
Read moreYeah but you should still open it up after you clean them but that's okay I'm at Timmy's had coffee and donuts. The service is great the restaurant was clean but it was not allowed to use the washroom advice to go find a public washroom just two would be one out there it's 9:30 in the evening half an hour prior to closing I've been here for half an hour and I want you to close the entire time how much for 24 hours is it drive-thru and you restaurant is open till 10 so if you're planning used to wash human Timmy you better get there a couple hours early like the airport. You're being the way I am it's it's most customers are so probably go out of my way for you to get the restaurant so that I can use to wash shroom for basic sanitary he's such as washing your hands. I understand that you're and please have the certain timeline to get out of here at and I think Timmy should maybe let your employees work an extra half an hour or so that their customers can use the washrooms and clean friendly restaurants to see this but as his manager Choice we'll see what happens. Don't let me go inside and I'm going to pee on the corner of the restaurant because I'm not going to go find a public bathroom far as I'm concerned I paid for you to this bathroom and I'm going to use it inside or out. Now I know why it smells like urine at the trash can outside at the front of the restaurant just to the side. Have a nice day and a wonderful evening enjoy your coffee and your Donuts outside where the second house washrooms are located. Oh and your Wi-Fi is spectacular when you can stay on for longer than 10 minutes and it doesn't kick you out. Have a...
Read moreKeep it moving!! If that's your thing? Other than drive thru coffee this place has nothing. There's always a sign on the door that says closed for cleaning. The place is filthy, so I don't think so. Come on Tim Horton! Try to care just a little bit! So I tried to write a new review about my visit today. Unfortunately it appears that Google reviews has been disabled. Will that be everything? Will that be everything? Will that be everything? I was trying to add things to my order. She just kept cutting me off with, Will that be everything? Is not the idea of operating a business to encourage customers to order more? I told the manager how hard it is ordering when someone constantly cuts you off. He responded, OK, thank you. Have a nice day. The manager is so rude. I would be so embarrased if that was representing my business. I would expect the actual owner to care, because no one else does. But also, they can afford to be rude, there's a huge drive thru lineup. What's one customer? Clearly, nothing. Tim Hortons check your employees. They would not be allowed to work anywhere else. Mcdonald's asks me if I would like 2 pies, or would I like to upsize my meal. It seems to me that's how you do it. I will try another Tim Hortons,...
