Pizza Al Forno — Restaurant in Victoria

Pizza alforno thinks not putting anything but sauce on part of our pizza. They also think it's okay to decline a refund, and decline a replacement. Spammed called my phone and threatened to call the cops for me saying I was going to come to the store to talk to them. Worst pizza place ever! Oh the pepperoni one? Second slice is far cheaper and can actually put a proper proportions. Go ahead, call the cops you harrassed and stole from me. And ud think calling 2hrs before I had to leave for work being told it would be about an hour and wen I called in 1hr and 15mins later im told there just leaving now still didn't have it till 835 (its a 15min walk down the road from me) wen I gotta leave at 9 for work and u tell me it's gonna be like another 45mins before u can get me a new one ya thx never got to eat the pizza I ordered after not eating since 2am cuz had no money for food till just before I called to place my order and i still haven't had anything to eat thx for making ppl pay and then starve definitely...

So we ordered from there for the first time. Their delivery policy is that they deliver for free within 3 kilometers. On checking Google maps I am 2.7k and 3.3 k depending on the route. The shorter route has less traffic and the delivery driver confirmed she took that route yet I was charged. The pizzas I ordered were the donair pizza and the chorizo meat one. I got extra meat on the donair pizza. It should according to them have 8oz for regular amount and 13 for extra. There was maybe 3 thinly sliced pieces on each slice of a large. It was sparse. The sauce was changed to Halifax sweet sauce. It had very little sauce, could barely taste it. Both pizzas had minimal quantities of toppings. When I order from Hothouse the pizzas are generous with the toppings. The crust was not bad, and the ingredients were OK, just sparse and or very thinly cut meat. I didn't feel like I got value for $$.I get way more value buying from Hothouse. I give this shop 5/10 and Hothouse 8/10. Will continue with Hothouse, gotta try to...

The food is good. No denying that but nothing ruins an experience like realizing the pop was forgotten. Called back for it. Promised it would be delivered. Only to be called back and told that due to a mistake THEY made. i will be charged double the deliver fee for them to bring the pop THEY forgot. Because THEY forgot the original delivery fee. I shouldnt be charged for the mistakes of staff. I will NEVER return here again.

against my better judgement i tried again. and nowhere anywhere that i can find do they say anything on their site or flyers that they have a delivery zone. any business who will advertise free delivery than tell you when you try that there is a delivery zone you are not in. doesnt deserve business. thats misleading and petty. i tried to forgive and try again. but it seems thus place didn't really care about their customers. you want less angry people? like every other delivery joint i dealt with. advertise the specified delivry distance you...
