Figaro's Pizza Waterloo — Restaurant in Waterloo

My sister and I 2 days ago went to this establishment to see no one at the cashier. It was mid-day, we both stood there awkwardly and walked out the first time into our car. I was compelled to go back in because I wanted pizza, my sister followed suit. I called out to anyone in the back and a tall employee came from the back. He was expressing attitude in his demeanor and mannerisms while I explained that me and my sister had waited for someone to help us. We settled for the $4.99 deal of 2 slices and 1 pop. It would've taken a whole 20 minutes to make another batch of pizza. He charged us first before he warmed the pizza. He then put the pizza in the over for legitimately 5 SECONDS before handing it to us. We both walked out the store so we could PROPERLY warm it up ourselves at home. Customer service is atrocious here. This is the first and the last time we're coming back. I am also making sure my friends and colleagues steer clear of this place based off of this experience. Our first time trying their food, we ordered the package which had two large pizzas, 2lbs of wings garlic cheese bread and the softdrinks. Both pizzas were very good with ample toppings and cheese but could have used more sauce, which I forgot to ask for extra sauce. The chicken wings were also very tasty and made perfect with ample honey garlic sauce to keep them moist. All in all, a very tasty dinner for the family.

Figaro's is an amazing well kept secret. This small, family owned pizza shop has a friendly staff with amazing prices and amazing pizza. The walk-in deals are hard to argue with and you will not find a more well priced or delicious pizza anywhere in KW. They use fresh ingredients and offer a medium gluten free pizza with many delicious toppings. They are very accommodating and will even double cook your pizza if you are so inclined. I have never had a problem with these guys and your pizza is always done within 15-20 minutes of your ordering--if you pick it up ( I have not asked for delivery so I cannot vouch for it ).
