Subway — Restaurant in Waterloo

Should have gotten a bowl instead. Ordered our usual. Loads of toppings and sauce. Ended up with this. Thanks Navneet for preparing for our sandwich. Sorry. Bowl.

The moment we walked in and began contemplating on what to order - we were stared down by the two ladies at the counter. Had a negative vibe, but we still went ahead and ordered. Horrible customer service - no enthusiasm.

Received our order, sat down, found this. What are we supposed to say?

We waited about 2-3 minutes for the staff to walk back to the counter to just ask for forks to have our sandwich. Sorry. Bowl.

Employees of this location and the manager: if you are employing desperate students for work, at least have them do the work properly. Or send them out the door, plenty of individuals who deserve...

Had the worst experience at this Subway. Service was notably poor, and an employee's rudeness added to the disappointment.

I didn’t see the name of the girl on name tag but a tall girl working there, had noticeably rude attitude towards the customers. Before me even asking for the type of the sandwich, she being rudely asked you want veggie sub?? And when i asked her to put some sriracha sauce on my sandwich, she replied me rudely that it is hot sauce not sriracha.

It’s a humble request, ask your employees to be nice even to those customers who are being nice to you. If your employees would be serving with this kind of attitude nobody would be coming back to your subway again. It was such a...

My partner and I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. Navneet, who served us was completely uninterested and served such bad food. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Her lack of enthusiasm and poor attitude was evident from the start.

When we finally got our food, it was a disaster. The sandwich was poorly assembled, the ingredients were not fresh, and the overall presentation was awful. The vegetables looked wilted, and the bread was soggy. WORST SUBWAY I EVER HAD IN THE TOWN!!!

Overall, it was a very disappointing visit, and we won’t be coming back. I strongly advise others to avoid this location until significant improvements are made.
