As fellow restauranteur owners, we strongly feel it is important to recognize constructive feedback to help improve your storefronts customer service. As we are not Booster Juice connoisseurs, I think its fair that we had questions. Two questions in, the girl is already very impatient, rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing like one extremely rude staff member. I can't help to wonder that if I had brought my parents who both have old age and their respective disabilities that if they had questions, due to this staffs zero patience tolerance, would she have displayed the same customer service as she did with me? This is unacceptable. Upon her third eye roll, I stoor my ground and asked why are you rolling your eyes? And followed by letting her know that her behavior was rude and her customer service is very poor. In fact, I came to pick up drinks for our entire staff and because of her poor attitude, terrible customer service, and zero patience, we turned away and walked into a direct competitors store to make our quite large purchase. To the owner, kindly reevaluate the staff you have representing the face of your establishment to prevent this from happening in the future. Will never return nor refer this location to any of our family, friends, or customers....
Read moremy experience at this place was not a good one when we arrived the employee was on the phone and when she noticed us she looked like a deer cut and headlights like oh my goodness there are customers here! then we made our order we had to tell her four or five times what she wanted because it seemed like she didn't comprehend what we were saying it also appeared that she didn't really know the menu once we finally got that worked out she set off to take another customer's order before starting to make ours this was annoying because we were in a hurry! when she finally began to make our order she had to keep stopping and looking at the ingredient list because she didn't know what she was doing and what needed to be put into the drink finally we became very frustrated and said just give us our money back and we will leave another employee came out and said don't worry I will be able to do it faster so we let him try and believe me he was not much faster at all he also needed to ask for our order several times I've been to several booster Juice locations and have always been satisfied I was extremely disappointed with this one as it didn't even taste right when all was said and done I will give them a one-star and...

My daughter and I went to the truck.. my daughter took one bite and asked if it was supposed to taste like that. I took one bite and spit it out in parking lot. It tasted like garbage..(bad meat) When I went back and told the girl she said they make them fresh daily, then proceeded to take the steak out of the fridge. I said it was bad meat she said it is bad. I was asked if I wanted another one. I said I wanted my money back and she told me she couldn't do that.... I will never eat here again.
