This Wendy's used to be great. Now, not so much. For example, tonight me and my fiancee decided to go get some frosty's because it's 3000 degrees outside, and, why not. Shout out to Nidhi the manager here.
Upon our arrival, we ordered two medium chocolate frosty's through the drive thru. There was a pretty good line, they were busy. Maybe ten cars in the drive thru and a guy with a boat, which, kudos to his driving abilities, but it's irrelevant for the purposes of this review.
There was nobody at the first window which I thought was strange seeing how busy they were but ok no problem, I'll just pay at the second window thought to myself. Surely it wasn't free Wendy's Sunday that's ridiculous.
I sat at that first window for a couple minutes as I guess they were having difficulties getting the order ready for the person in front of me.
When that person finally got whatever the heck they ordered I proceeded to the second window with my debit card in hand ready to pay. Nidhi discovered that her debit terminal I guess wasn't working and disappeared to do something, I have to assume figure out why she was unable to take my money.
Nidhi came back several minutes later and said i should have paid at the first window, insinuating I had done something wrong. When I told her there was nobody there, she said the person there had to go do dishes... Which would explain why I didn't pay there so I'm not sure what she was thinking? At any rate, she wanted to either take my debit card into the store, or have me pull around, go inside and pay.
I said I would rather not do either of those things and it's really not my problem that she sent her cashier to wash dishes. I pulled out a $10 bill which she seemed to need a calculator to make change for. I then took my frosty's in complete silence.
The moral of the story is I ended up with two 3/4 melted frosty's because this manager is an idiot who clearly doesn't understand how to manage people or customers, but that's somehow my fault. Thanks...
Read moreI come here about once a month, give or take. Have seen a decline in the quality at this location in recent months, but it could be pandemic fatigue. No hard feelings there.
In this specific visit, nothing was out of the ordinary with one exception: My fries were arranged to perfection. Unfortunately, Wendy's fries are well documented to be trash, and these ones were well below average. Again, the effort was there on the presentation, so no hard feelings on the subpar fries! Three stars.
There was a time not long ago when this was the pinnacle of the Wendy's franchise. Edible fries, flawless, succulent burgers, perfectly crispy bacon. The absolute cream of the crop. So what happened?
The snaconator left.
There used to be a silver car with snake scale decals. Every time that car was there, our meals were perfect. This, we lovingly nicknamed this mysterious (possibly) reptilian employee "the snaconator" and were lucky enough to enjoy their extreme skill on a regular basis. One can only assume that this individual has moved on to bigger and better things. Or maybe day shift, I only go roughly once a month.
I would like to formally thank this individual for being a great employee. It's been all downhill...

I had an incredible disgusting and hurtful experience today at the drive through
I drove through and the lady at the first window - the one you give your money too- first thing out of her mouth was " oh your baby is due any day now!" (Assumed I'm pregnant)...i said no...and looked at her...right away she tried to cover it up by saying she confused me with a different person with the same hair colour. Obviously that was quick thinking on her part because she was probably panicking over how stupid she just sounded because of such assumption This is the perfect example of "think before you speak" I am not a very big person but I have a stomach and when I sit it is a tummy I get it but I did have a kid and sometimes people can be over weight and not necessarily pregnant.
Please train your staff that a simple hello and how are you is sufficient and there is no need to comment on someone else's body.
My kid was in the car with me and his three years old and he even understood that I got so sad and...
