Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in West Jasper Place

I have NOTHING good to say about this Papa John’s or their staff!!!

We used to visit this location a bit more often when our kids had swimming lessons nearby, but had not been in a couple years. We had to go by here, so figured we’d get pizza from them. I had some punch cards with me that I had previously filled up to get some free pizzas. The first 2 people looked at them and had no idea what they were, and they asked another guy in the back who just yelled out “oh yeah… those? We don’t do those anymore” The second guy (I think he might have been a manager) came and looked a bit closer at them, made a phone call & asked me where I got them. The cards all said “For use at the Callingwood location only” (which is where I got them). And they had NO expiry date on them. But he kept trying to tell me they were expired. So they were not going to let me use the cards, but he offered to give me a deal/discount (40% off) on pizzas. So I asked how much for 3 larges & he said $79(ish) was regular, so $67 something was with the discount. I said that wasn’t 40% off of $79, and he showed me on the screen a $15 dollar discount saying it was 40% less. And even though I showed him the math, he still argued, so I left without ordering anything from them. I’m guessing they they are under different ownership/management than previous visits, and they could have very easily made a customer happy but decided against it. So we ordered Domino’s instead & their price & pizza...

Been ordering from this location for over 2 years, today my order was taken over the phone(because the website hasn't worked to take orders for months but that's a different issue and not an issue with this store specifically) by a person who clearly did not know what they were doing. Could not apply coupon codes, would not apply a $10 discount associated with my number, tried to claim she was applying a discount for a crust option thats free on the website. She was rude and did not listen when I told her I had ordered over the phone multiple times with no issue. I ended up paying literally twice than what i expected to. To top it off when I got home one of my pizzas was incorrect. When I called to tell them, the same person claimed I was lying and never ordered this way in the first place. She offered to remake the pizza for me but said I had to come pick it up, I said if I was going to have to do that, that combined with the entire experience tonight and the fact I now have to return I want a full refund when I pick up the correct pizza. She would not even entertain a partial refund. After practically forcing her to call her manager they agreed to deliver the pizza to me, but that's it. -12 out of 10 stars, would not recommend, very displeased and disappointing that I now have to find a new pizza place because this place...

Order a pizza from this location and i have to say it was very disapointing to say the least. As soon as i open the box i saw a long curly hair on top of the pizza, i called the store location to let them know what I found they told me that they would make another one for me, that what the right thing to do but then they ask me to bring back the old pizza back liked they didn't believe me which i wouldn't of kept anyway finding that hair was just gross. Make me questions the cleanliness of this restaurant. When i got to the store they didn't seem to believe me saying that no one there had long hair looking at me like i was lying on top of it they didn't even offer to reimburse me to compensate the fact that i got a hair on my pizza and i had to drive all the way back to exchange it. That was poor customer service on their part. For these reason i will never go back to this store...
