Oh, boy, do I have a saucy and dough-lightful review for you! Let me start by saying that Columbus Pizza & Donair in Edmonton, Alberta takes pizza-game to a whole new level. Brace yourselves for a taste sensation that will make your taste buds jump with joy!

From the moment I sank my teeth into their pizza, my senses were transported to a land of cheese, dough, and absolute deliciousness. The pizza at Columbus is more than excellent and yummy—it's like a slice of heaven wearing toppings as its divine robe. Each bite was a mouthwatering explosion of flavors that made me want to dance with delight (although dancing with a slice of pizza can get a bit messy).

But it doesn't stop there, folks! Columbus Pizza & Donair takes their customer service game seriously. Their delivery driver was not only extremely friendly but also as fast as a speeding racecar. I really thought they had a turbo button installed in their vehicle. It was like they completed a cross-country race just to bring me my pizza in record time!

To top it all off, their outstanding service doesn't hinder the quality of the food. Not only did I get my pizza delivered with the speed of light, but it was still piping hot and fresh when it reached my hotel room. Now that's what I call service that high-fives your taste buds!

Just save yourself the misery and do not order from here ever!!! Last week I received an order for delivery and I was charged almost $20 more than the actual price when the driver arrived. I was surprised but I paid anyway because we were starving after waiting 90 minutes. Then I called the restaurant and asked them to confirm the price of my order and sure enough it was almost $20 less than what I was charged at the door. They said ok we will give you a free donair, 2L pop and waive delivery charge for you the next time you order. Tonight I ordered again. I confirmed with the person taking my order that he knew who I was and that I was owed a donair and delivery charge from last week: he said yes I remember you I have all the info. I then told him I would like other things as well (2 more donairs and a poutine). An hour later the driver shows up ONLY with the 2 donairs and poutine, plus charges us for delivery. I have been almost 3 hours now calling them and telling them I was ripped off again and they still owe me a donair and a 2 litre pop. At 12:15 am when I called he said it was on the way. It is now 2 am and I have called 3 times since then asking where the heck is my food. The rest of my family ate and I am starving. They keep giving me the run around and excuses in their poor language “oh the driver didn’t notice” or “oh we just had shift change”…. This is the most sketchy and unreliable place I have ever encountered in my entire life!!! They hand write their bills, they can’t do math, they over charge you, don’t even bring all your food and then it’s impossible to get it fixed with them. Buyer beware. This place is sketch AF. Do not buy from here!!!!! Would give zero stars...

This place claims to be the BEST in the city of Edmonton unfortunately any establishment can make this claim without having solid proof of their claim. If it is true I feel sorry for the people of Edmonton. I called this place and asked if they would deliver to the hotel I was staying at while visiting Edmonton for a few days. There was no mention of any additional fees when I placed the order. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their food as well as the delivery service and its management. I ordered a small pizza for $9.95 3 toppings . When it was delivered the total they charged me was $23.10 . This came as a big surprise to me and when I asked why I was being charged this amount the delivery person wanted no part of it and said to me I am just the driver and told me to call the restaurant and talk to someone there. I called the restaurant I asked to speak with the manager the person on the other end of the phone asked why I wanted to talk to the manager when I explained why he told me I know him and he won't do anything for you but I will let him know and he will call you either later in the day or the next morning. I expected at least the decency for him to call me back. I am still waiting. Every person I spoke with had an English language barrier which made it very difficult to make out what they were saying and the pizza was burnt on the bottom and doughy near the top. I t is not so much the unexpected amount for a small pizza but the principal of the matter. As a paying customer I feel my business doesn't matter to the management of this establishment if they cannot even return a call to a customers concern. I would highly recommend not...
