You know what pisses me off more than disappointment? Laziness. Their menu states they serve Persian "Sangak" bread. They don't. What is irritatingly stupefying here is that there is a Persian Bakery right across the street from them. With their approximately 10 seater dining table and 5 staff on hand someone could've done what?.....Yes!...jumped across the street to the bakery and stocked up on the bread they promised the customer on their menu before opening....Or am I just crazy? Well...I guess if they had done that....they wouldn't have had the time to giggle about it in the back like little school girls. Moving on...... The French Toast - Undercooked & doughy in the middle. Way too bare and unimpressively lacking in presentation. I mean you're paying for these dishes. I've had my 10 year old nephew make better French Toast. The bacon was tasty and the coffee was decent....even came in a cute little cup. So, that's something.... Breakfast Burrito - Good for an appetizer...Oh wait...it was an entree dish....enough said. Fancy Benedict - No, it wasn't fancy...that's the name of the dish ironically. It was cold, the salmon lacking and clearly someone's first attempt at making a Benny. The Service - We had to ask for everything. There was an underlying impatience with our server....like we were keeping her from something. Finally someone else came by with more coffee. Not the end of the world, but not charming either. This place reminded me of a first year medical student trying to do brain surgery. Education, Experience, Commitment. Then open your doors.

My Fiancée treated us to some Skipp, so we tried Cindy's. We ordered some breakfast. The Fiancée and i ordered classic benny and the breakfast burrito and our daughter ordered scrambled eggs, sausage and pancakes. First appearance opening our take out boxes had my mouth drop, as it looked good but the portions looked tiny. What is this a meal for ants lol. After eating it, i think it was a good portion as I wasn't crying around i was too full lol. Classic benny - Was Delicious, eggs cooked just perfectly. only complaint maybe a bit more wedges lol. Breakfast burrito - we stepped out of our comfort zone with this one and it was Delicious. Was like a little Mexican fiesta party of flavors. once again only complaint maybe a bit more wedges lol. Scrambled eggs - my kid is picky and she loved them. nice and fluffy. Sausage - Our daughter ate them so must have been good! Pancakes - They were nice and fluffy. Dad finished them off, as they are not being wasted it was that good!! overall very happy with the wonderful flavors Cindy has created! Would definitely order from here again.

Me and my uncle decided to go to this cute place on a whim and a quick Google search. Even though we didn't get to meet Cindy, we became quick acquaintances with the lovely lady behind the counter. We enjoyed her accent and learned she hails from Germany, one of my favorite international layover places. The place was clean. After our drive from Seattle, the bathroom was welcoming and did not look like it would eat me alive. The music being played was nice. The menu items were simple and easily substituted. I ordered a Mediterranean omelet with smoked salmon and no tomatoes while my uncle ordered a waffle with eggs over medium, sausage and added a few strips of bacon. We both noted how strong the coffee was yet enjoyed the change from American style coffee that can come watered down depending on where you go. I'll gladly return to this establishment because of the warm, inviting atmosphere and organically friendly conversations the staff had with me and my uncle.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

if I could give negative stars I would.

We decided to give this place a go after quick search on Google. Place looks somewhat cozy and gave a good vibes at the start.

Problems started when server came over. Unprofessional, barely knew the menu and hesitated with every question. Maybe new, but definitely should not have been serving.

We ordered French toast with scrambled eggs and sausage and RibEye Benny.

The Benny was just ok. Nothing special. Very dry muffin and beef was very stiff. Could barely cut it with the knife and it tasted under seasoned. Eggs and toast were horrible!!! There was no seasoning on anything and it completely lucked any flavour. When mentioned it to a server she just said “yes, there is no salt on eggs” and pointed on the salt on the table. Like what??!?!?

We just put the meal aside and drank our coffee. We had to call the server to take the meal away to point out that we are not happy with the dish.

Then the manager comes over and start insisting on remake or us choosing something else on the menu. We said that we lost appetite and she can just take it away.

Finally I went to pay the bill and was incredibly shocked to still see this dish on the bill. When pointed it out I just heard: “ well we offered remake it to choose something else” Again… what???? In years of customer service industry I haven’t had such a horrible experience. After that I should have requested the whole bill to be taken care of. And any other place would do it no problem.

Never again in this place and don’t suggest...

DONT GO!!! Worst experience in a restaurant I’ve ever had. Ordered a French Toast with scrambled eggs and sausage because the menu is quite limited in options, the eggs were unseasoned (apparently they don’t use salt and it’s not on the menu) and the 2 tiny sausages were burnt.

Eggs were watery and toast was soggy. After taking the first bite I had to send it back and ate just the side of potatoes I ordered. Owner came to the table already with an attitude saying that some people order food without seasoning and said there was salt on the table as an excuse but I didn’t and made clear that I never asked for unseasoned eggs.

She offered to cook it again but that made me lost my appetite. She took my plate back. While ready to pay she try to forcebly made us pay for the HORRIBLE food that I didn’t eat saying that because she offered to cook it again I should pay for it. Extremely rude and arrogant old blond lady and server barely understands the requests. So far I’ve never had such a HORRIBLE experience eating out. Don’t go, seriously, don’t go there.

Staff heavily unprofessional and untrained, greed owner and manager, food horrific and they still managed to tell me I was wrong for not liking the tasteless food they serve. If you are not ready to provide a reasonable customer service and edible food you shouldn’t be open.

Bill was paid and they “comped” that dish after trying to make me pay for that and laughing at us. NEVER again I’m stepping foot on that place. Words can not describe the stupidity and arrogance of that staff and...
