I recently visited this shopping mall and, unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience at the food court due to the adjacent children’s playground. While I completely understand the need for spaces where kids can play and families can relax, the setup here is poorly planned.
The playground is open and located right next to the dining area, with no soundproofing or separation whatsoever. The constant, high-pitched screaming from children made it impossible to enjoy a meal or even hold a conversation. It created an overwhelming, chaotic environment that affected not just me but many other diners visibly looking uncomfortable.
A shopping mall should strive to balance family-friendly amenities with the comfort of all its customers. Sadly, in this case, the lack of noise control turned what could have been a pleasant visit into an unpleasant, stressful experience.
I sincerely hope mall management considers adding proper sound barriers, relocating the playground, or implementing some basic noise management solutions. Until then, I would advise anyone seeking a relaxing meal or meeting spot to avoid...

However, a custodian lady told us to hurry up and eat even though there were at least 10 other families siting at different tables. She stood there the entire time and stared at us while we were eating, and then said “it’s over” while reaching over to our table to grab our garbage. This is extremely disgusting and threatening.
