Vina is my go to Vietnamese food at the North Van food court. The plate looks smaller than the one in Metrotown, Burnaby but they pile it all up and im happy. i still get too full from eating and i get food baby or at the least get migraine cz i ate too fast LOL! ordered my spicey basil chicken but they didn't have rice so vermicelli was ok. vermicelli was a bit dry since it needs to be heated up and bland cz they can't mix it with anything else. so for this just ask for more sauce. i was given 2 just by asking for 1 hehe! Service is awesome! the boy is very respectful and hopefully he will keep being that way. I'm pregnant so i can't eat anything raw. So I asked if the veggies that came with it could be cooled. We had to go back and forth bec of accent, meaning, masks etc but he was very patient with me and let me repeat my words and explain it in a different way so he could understand. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! He asked the old lady on the back and she said yes. YEEEEESSSS! 2 Vina places already do this for me!! Now im happy to just go to any Vina places to ask for that specific request. some places just give me a snobby face and say no cz it's like that already :/// ALSO!!! the guy washes his hand before doing anything. YAAAS!!! i will definitely come back here again cz i can relax so much here! if you do see them not washing their hands after handling money/food just tell them :) and Yes im not from North Vancouver, I usually go to Metro and NewWest. so i can say Vina is a good fast food place, sad that it's just getting expensive but portions are still AWESOME! BTW A LITTLE TIP GET THE PLATE NOT THE TAKE OUT! square vs circle, logic is that the square fits in the circle ;D you are welcome!

Overall, great service, but won’t be my first pick. Service: Great service! The cashier was very polite and kind. Atmosphere: this place is situated in a food court, so I can’t say much about the atmosphere. I will say that the food court is very clean! Food: my friends and I ordered the beef pho. In my opinion, it wasn’t my cup of tea 😅. The beef was tender and the noodles were soft, but I didn’t enjoy the broth. Maybe I just prefer another type of flavor over another, but I just didn’t like the broth that accompanied the pho. It was sort of… herby? (As quoted by my friend). However, the pho is served very generously! (We were all unable to finish!)

Buy curry chicken with rice and spring roll, I don't think it is curry, and it was not tasty at all, The chicken sandwitch seems to be an old one and keeps heating them, the bottom nlbread was like rubber. The price for the food was okay, but I would prefer something else. Their customer service also supposed to be less than okay, but I do come in the evening, so they must be tired. after Pay, they just went to the back for a couple of minutes without saying anything. when serving utensils, also pick up yourself. Atmosphere, hmm, it's food court, so okay, not too bad

Very rude workers indeed, but food is great so come for the food! Don't expect any smiles or customer service, but enjoy the food. Try out their bánh mì's! They are excellent. The workers don't speak English well and get your order wrong sometimes, so make sure you make it clear if you want chicken, pork, or ham(cold cuts), ham is my favorite. Tip, eat it right away, fresh, as it's toasted and must be eaten before it cools down. Same as Pizza and fried chicken or anything fried, if it's left to cool down, it will become horrible!
