Sharetea ParkRoyal — Restaurant in West Vancouver

I have been here over 4 times and have have had a mixed bag of issues. I understand early on there’s some teething problems but after being open for over a year or so, you think it would be alleviated. First time they had no oat milk, second time they had no pearls (weird for bubble tea store). Tonight as I was waiting to be served, the staff member asked to use the kiosk as they were dealing with a difficult customer at the counter (the staff actually did an amazing job on their front). I placed my order and a few others behind me did so as well. While being first to order, I was the last to receive my two drinks. Cocoa lover & fresh milk tea. Cocoa lover was great. But my milk tea was all messed up - firstly, I asked for oat milk and but got given dairy. Secondly, it tasted like there was no tea added whatsoever. Finally, there were some weird jellies added which I didn’t ask for.

always ordered from here as delivery before, it was my first time visiting the store in person on saturday evening. they're SLOW, VERY VERY SLOW, it was a boy and a girl working together and didn't feel like they were hustling, and just taking their sweet time while kept on chatting with one and other. there were only two walk in clients ahead of me, i waited nearly HALF AN HOUR for two drinks (i mean... i could get my food faster at certain restaurants), and i finally couldn't take it anymore and walked up to the counter and asked. the boy asked me what is my number, and i told him, and he passed me the drinks. I was like, how come you didn't call out our number? he was like, it was just ready. but when i was walking over to the counter, both the boy and the girl were chatting on the opposite side of counter, so God knows how long had those drinks been sitting there? no apology whatsoever (shocker), will...

I just walked out of Sharetea with one of the worst customer experiences of my life. I come here often and have ordered the same thing for 2 years. I told this teenage boy my order and it was incorrectly made for me. They gave me a fruit tea instead of a milk tea and I kindly corrected them. The employee, he stared back at me blankly and told me that I said green tea. I told him I did, but green MILK tea and he kept rudely denying it and saying I was wrong.

His kinder coworker came and said they could not remake it because they were out of stock of the milk tea (??) and I asked for a refund please and she kindly gave it.
