I redeem my 1 free coffee and 2 free donuts by scanning my phone plus 2 additional small coffee purchases. It does not show up on the screen. So I tell the male cashier (has ear-rings & tattoo on arm) verbally my order.He confirms by order but I don't understand him as he does not speak clearly.I take off my mask so he can understand me clearly but he keeps missing up my order.I tell him 3 times in total my order! I tell him 3 small coffee in total and 2 donuts in total.He gets flustered and does not know how to process/combine the order so he does it separately.He is in such a rush I could not scan my card for the paid order and I did NOT get my roll up the rims.The cashier sighs and gets angry at me.I always have issues with this particular male cashier.I received no apology. Lack of social skills and training.The rest of the cashiers are fine.I will avoid that cashier from now on.
April 17.2021.2:30 PM. I go into the West Vancouver Park Royal Mall tim hortons to redeem my 100 points for a free wedge.First I buy 3 small coffee then I scan my phone for the free potato wedge .The free wedge does not come up on the screen.The female cashier does not know what to do.She keeps me hanging.She does not even ask the manager for help.Another male cashier tells me that I did not verbalize it to the female cashier.I did show my phone and told her for the free wedge but she was not paying attention.So I scan it again but no free wedge showing up on the screen again.No explanation from the cashier.I eventually did get my free wedge.

Read moreI’m an avid TH customer, in particular an outlet closer to home however as was at Park Royal decided to have my usual ( half regular half French vanilla) at the outlet in food court in Park Royal south. After ordering I was surprised to see that a coffee that was already poured in a cup on the counter taken and it’s contents poured into my cup. I told the tween something aged attendant that’s recycling food and not only is it reprehensible and disgusting but illegal in Canada. She retorted that it’s exactly the same thing. To prove my point I noticed that being considerably less hot than normal I told her as I’ve paid for a fresh cup of coffee I want a fresh cup of coffee. She glared at me and until I repeated myself did not bat an eye or move a muscle. Finally and obviously reluctantly she asked another attendant to tend to my order. An absolutely disgusting practice and completely out of character for Tim Horton’s....
