Square 1 Coffee - Glenora — Restaurant in Western Mature Area

Usually I’ll be greeting with “good morning” when I step my foot into the door. This morning were so different. Although the room were filled with people sitting down having their coffee already. The two attendants were busy behind the counter. It’s my birthday today. I walked in for my free complimentary coffee. My daughter and I are the huge fans of this place. Somehow the vibe were so sad 😞. I’m very cheerful person. I always greet people very politely because I Am A Typical Canadian. Just too friendly 😊. I bought a Sweat top which my daughter convinced me to get one for my birthday. She owns 2 pieces of the sweat tops she got there before we left for our 3 months trip to Asia. So ya! I don’t know how to rate their service this morning. So ya! Whatever issues we have. Especially in public service. Please don’t bring it to work. It’s not fair to bring it on to others’ lives. We have no idea who can be walking into your place. That person could be wanting to be in a nice and positive environment because he/she might be having a bad time going on in their lives. I came to this location 4 times this year just to try my favourite coffee chai tea latte. When I came first time I got perfectly made chai tea latte which blown my mind. I decided to go second time and third time it wasn’t up to my expectations. Today I decided to go again around 7pm with my family. Ordered two chai tea latte and found table to sit for ourselves. We noticed that the staff preparing to give us in paper cups however we want in mugs so my wife went to ask them to give us in mug, staff tried to pour coffee into mug and spilled some of them and didn’t even put cinnamon so my wife had to remind her to add some. Todays coffee didn’t even match what we ordered first time and it was tasteless chai tea latte I ever tried in square 1 coffee!

If your motto is to provide good quality coffee please make sure quality is consistent. Some staff are good in making coffee with love but some staff are like they don’t care. Attached picture is the picture of chai tea latte that’s made perfectly for first time. If your staff can’t make good quality coffee and can’t keep the consistency it’s going to be like another tim Hortons coffee shop just for bland coffee that made by...

I've finished my relationship with this establishment. The coffee is great, and one of the baristas there really knows their coffee. However, the service is abysmal and today was the last straw. If I wanted to be ignored, I could just stay home and watch my wife make her coffee.

I am a bus driver, and I guess I am not the target demographic clientele. I came into the shop this morning around 9:30 am and stood in line behind two other people. They placed their orders, which were slowly and grumpily filled. Finally, I thought. Now I will order. No. The barista turned away from me, did not even acknowledge my presence and started cleaning and opening a new bag of coffee to grind.

After waiting patiently for another couple of minutes, I left. To this moment no one had acknowledged me in the shop. I won't be back. Good coffee or not, no one deserves to be treated...
