The Pad Thai at Nouilles Dragon made by Chef Leo is spot on legit. The dish is made fresh to order and the rice noodles were cooked to slight stretchy perfection. The intermingled sauce was a nice balance of tangy and savory. There was ample hand sliced chicken (of good quality), a fair portion of small shrimp, plus some requisite bean sprouts and a surprise of al dente green pepper slices. The only minor demerit was the fried tofu — at the end of day it was not moist in the middle, but I was told was not the norm. This didn’t stop me from eating the entire large helping in one sitting, and I was even searching for more tiny little bits and pieces at the bottom of the take away box with my chopsticks (the equivalent of licking the plate you might say). Also of note, the family is very gracious, kind and hard working. This wide variety of Asian specialties spot punches well above its weight — somewhat unexpected for a food court location, which are usually chock full of chains and mediocre at best fare — which is great for those in the know. And now you know too. Xiè xie — I’m still full.

the soft tofu and vegetables in spicy sauce was great. Spicy peanut sauce on crispy tofu and salt and pepper tofu were good. It was a bit on the expensive side but a big portion of tofu that could be spread out over 2 meals. Would make more sense if more rice was given with it or if the portion of tofu was smaller and the meal cost less. Also please change your takeout containers to something more ecofriendly like bagasse. I had to ask cafe dafino for one which isn’t fair to other businesses especially if you’re giving portions that you know will require some be taken away for later

This replaced a Thai chain. Now with more numerous options. It helps that they have pictures of many items. I had the Cantonese Chow Mein. I loved the crunchy noodles on the outskirts while moist in the centre. It was made fresh and it tasted very good. I will definitely come back and try other favorites.

I tried different things on the menu, so far, the best is orange chicken with veggies and rice. Portions are huge so make sure you skip a meal so have enough room to consume it all (i usually skip breakfast if i am going there for lunch). Service is as fast as they can, it gets really busy during lunch. Not too pricy either.

Update: ok i dont know if i jinx it, went their twice recently and it was awful, ended up throwing the meal in...
